My situation might have been very different from the rest of his costumers, but he managed to help us in every way possible for us to have a house. He never had something negative to say, and if we approached to something difficult, he would take the initiative to solve them fast and perfectly. Also, his Spanish is perfect!I am truly glad for have chosen Bryan as my first realtor. He made the process go really smooth and was very specific with all the information.I recommend him 100%!

Bryan made excellent referrals for contractors to help with painting and staging my home before sale. They did great work for a good price. He was patient with me working through post-offer inspections and negotiations, and I believe he worked to ensure I sold my home for a fair price, not an expedient one.

I cant recommend Bryan enough as a realtor! We met Bryan at an open house after having a bad experience with an overly pushy realtor at another open house. He was so laid back and welcoming, it really helped calm some of the anxiety I was feeling at dipping my toes into being a first-time home buyer. Over the next several months, Bryan checked in only occasionally, showing us that he was there to help but would never pressure us. When we finally decided it was time to pull the trigger, Bryan was responsive, professional, and above all simply there to help. He was never pushy or showed any impatience with how particular we were or how many showings we wanted to go to! Bryan helped us put in no fewer than 5 offers, which was incredibly disappointing and emotional to do over and over. He helped keep our chins up, showed empathy, and didnt give up on us! We finally found our home and Bryan helped us through the negotiation process, pushing us to ask for what was fair and reining us in when we would ask too much.We really enjoyed working with Bryan. Being a first time home buyer can be stressful enough without the crazy market we were shopping in during Covid-19, but Bryan made the process much easier and much less stressful than it otherwise could have been.
