Sarah Marshall promised we wouldnt forget her, and I havent but not for good reasons. First time home buyer and on the night before walk through she didnt mention anything to us about the fact the prior tenant still had belongings in the house. Even after we closed the tenant hadnt moved out, making us wait hours with nothing we could do about it.Pro: friendlyCons: everything else, maybe if you know what youre doing or have bought before sur . But not recommended if youre a clueless first timer like me.

I do not recommend. From a Buyers perspective...Realtor did not communicate questions to her clients in a timely manner which left me repeatedly asking questions. Did not provide all items at closing as was previously communicated by sellers. Was notified the day of closing that we would not be closing (due to paperwork not being started in timely manner)! This became a weather and scheduling nightmare.
