Window Genie did an amazing job on our very tall, hard to reach windows. There was paint on the inside and out and they removed it all! They also did a great job cleaning our composite deck. Definitely recommend them!

Very unprofessional in customer service. After taking the day off and paying for dog care for the day, for a window cleaning appointment they never showed up for the appointment. When I contacted them by email, I was told they had more important work and will possibly get back to me later in the week. If I hadnt contacted them, I would have never known about the canceled appointment and no apology or follow up call was offered. Ill never use their service and will make sure to spread the word about their poor customer service on all social platforms.

Fantastic window cleaning service, fast easy and affordable.

We were very dissatisfied with this service. First they showed up without the chemicals to remove rust, which was one of the main reasons we were getting our home cleaned. The workers were young guys who appeared to quickly go over the house. When I came out to make sure they got everything, there were multiple spots they had missed & had to redo. It was probably 2 weeks before they came back to remove the rust, even though we had paid for it when they did the rest of the house. It just didnt appear to us that they had done a thorough job.
