I used this company for my original gutters almost 20 years ago. I called about a recent downspout issue and Rick answered the phone and said he would come to fix it in 2 days. After a month - I called the home number and left a message - no call back. I called again 2 weeks later he answered the mobile phone and said he would come the next day. He still hasnt shown up - I am taking my business elsewhere.

Rick and Don did exactly what I wanted with my gutters. I had an unusual request and they were more than willing to work with me. Will definitely recommend to other people.
