Someone came out to look at the section of gutter that had become unattached from the roof, (in the rain). Then the next morning (in the pouring rain) they got up on the roof and re-attached it because he said they were concerned it would get worse if left too long.Its hard to get good customer service these days, and this company has Great customer service! Thank you so much.
Great work, great price. I think JR rubs people the wrong way sometimes, but he has done gutters on two buildings for me and both jobs were top notch.

We had an emergency at our house when a torrential downpour occurred at out during a roof replacement. J worked with our roofing contractor to show up the morning after the roof was completed and installed gutters in just over an hour. Great work!
I had two sections of my gutter updated by JR Richardson. The first section went well, but the second section did not go as smoothly. Water flowed off the roof in a way that went to the side of the gutter, just off the edge of it. I asked him to look at it and he claimed the problem was with the roof. I asked him if there was something he could do to compensate, installing gutter diverters or something like that. He said he would look at it, but never contacted me to discuss any conclusions he may have made from looking at it. I called and left messages with his messaging service at least 3 times, but never received a call back. It looks like I will have to pay another company to finish the job that he did not, which bothers me.As a response to the owner, my request was to meet with him to discuss what could be done; I simply had the idea for a deflector. He agreed to meet with me, but then never returned a call to schedule a time. That irritated me.However, the owners response says the porch overhang was way out of level. If that was the case, which implies the gutters his company installed would not work, why install them in the first place? If a business chooses to install something that may not work, the customer should be notified before the work is done and the business should be willing to work with the customer to make it work. Mr. Richardson was not willing to do that and did not inform me of any potential problems before the work was started.
I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by Mr. Richardson. He had done work for me in the past and I thought I would use him again. After calling numerous times, I finally got a call back and he made an appointment to come see the work I needed done. The day of the appointment he failed to show up & never bothered to answer my calls to find out if he needed to reschedule. I was shocked by the disregard for my time and business as a returning customer. Needless to say, I will work with another company that is far more professional and customer oriented.
