Jerrys communication is terrific. Prompt responses to both phone and email messages. My building requires proof of insurance, which Jerry supplied within a day! He was exactly on time and called when he was on his way. He was careful about the rest of the home, while he did a fantastic job giving my 30+ year old sectional and love seat more good years of life. I am so impressed with the cleaning of my old carpet and especially of my sofa. Jerry arrived when he said he would and called prior to his arrival. He did a careful assessment of the condition of my carpet and sofa and gave me a very fair price.I have used other more well-known carpet cleaning companies in the past and it took them 1/2 hour to clean. Jerry was MUCH more thorough. My old carpet was stained in places and Jerry was able to get many of those stains out. Had my carpet, a rug and a sectional cleaned on the 18th of Dec. Had it scheduled for an earlier date but needed to change it. Great service and value! I spilled a container of beef gravy on my ivory color carpeted stairs one evening just before a major holiday. After spending a lot of time trying to clean up the stain on our own, my husband and I decided to call a professional the next day.I called several cleaners, but due to the holiday it was very difficult to find someone to come out to our home. I contacted Jerry and he was very helpful right away. He shared some tips over the phone that actually worked in the meantime and came to our home right after the holiday.So glad Jerry fit us into his already busy schedule. He quickly got the stain out and our carpet looked like new! His rate was very reasonable even with the stain guard upgrade. Excellent and professional service. My off-white carpeting with eight years since its last professional cleaning looks like a fresh installation after the work was completed. My kitchen tile and grout was also done with excellent results. I even had Jerry clean my cars cloth upholstery driver seat as part of the job and it looks as good as new now. We were very happy with the results of having our Townhome carpet cleaned. It had been two years since we moved in, so it was quite soiled. It turned out well - much lighter and brighter. We also had them sanitize the carpet, hoping to eliminate odors. Four days later, it seems that the odors are gone. We used Jerry for the first time to clean the carpets on the upper level of our home, after a family member moved out with their pet who had several accidents. He was able to get us in for an appointment quickly, was professional, and did an excellent job. Jerry gave me a quote over the phone before the appointment which was already very reasonable, and adjusted it to a lower price after he saw the area that needed to be cleaned. I was thinking about adding deodorizing but he gave me his professional opinion and told me that he didnt think I needed it. He was right - after the standard clean, the carpets were in great condition and there were no more odors at all, and I didnt end up needing to spend the extra money on that. The next day, Jerry even called me to check in to see if I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use him again.
