I don’t have complaints with the car wash. But I cancelled the membership 2 days before the billing cycle. Still I got charged for the next month even though I cancelled the membership. This is absolute nonsense.I called to their customer care if they could refund. They said as you are charged so you should use the car wash for the next one month!!Not sure what kind of membership service is that. When you want to cancel the membership you should have the freedom to do it.I simply lost 30$

Nice car wash, reasonable price. However, until they fig out a better way to instruct customers to have their car in neutral I would not waste my time. I got soaked when trying to communicate with attendant. Very confusing

Nice new location. Appreciate they have employees spraying off bugs, windshields and wheel wells before going through. Wish they had some carts out with extra towels & glass/interior cleaner.

We need more such car wash to bring down the rates of Rainstorm. Definitely better

I thought this car wash was awesome! I went through once and vacuumed my car, but there were still bugs so I went through again for free! There were still some bugs but a lot better. I guess that’s what you get for driving through the entire country... I just couldn’t figure out where the new towels were.. just the towel return stations.

Very efficient wash process. Drying process is adequate. Vacuums work great. Air wands would be helpful. Staff is very friendly and professional.

The first day I went here I over heard an employee making remarks about a girl “that girl in the passenger seat has a nice rack on her.” Then after going here for a couple months I noticed an employee that had done a robbery on an apartment in town.. Ill be picking a different car wash.

Memberships are priced decent. Very clean and employees are always smiling!

The low rating is because of the disrespect and fact that we are loyal customers and nothin was done on a Manager and a corporate level. So weve been goin here scince they opened and today about 40 mins ago their car wash machine and the kids the pull you forward, cuase me to rear end a vehicle ahead of me, even when I press the brakes and put my vehicle in park the rollers that pull your vehicle still pulled my little car into the van ahead of me, which I was under the roller brush and was completely blind of the view ahead of me . no safety device to stop the car wash !!. Wasnt until I laid on the horn that they ran to try to stop the car wash took a while to shut off . they told the vehicle mini van ahead of me to continue on that was no damage to her van! so she left before I could get her info or even see her!! and I called thier corporate office and they cared about as much as the manage lexi nieburn there cared, which she didnt care at all !!!just offered to wash my car again !! never goin there again !!

Always does a great job on my car..love going there to keep a nice clean 🚗 car everyday since we got the package monthly payment on both our vehicles, my car and my husbands truck. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

What a terrible experience. They are in such a hurry to load cars there is no thought to damaging your car! Twice they have caused my tires to loose 10 lbs of air....I have cancelled and will NOT return. Very poor customer service!

Joined at the intro cost, pretty reasonable. Ive been there about twice a week and somehow, the cleanliness of my vehicle as well as how dry it gets in the automated wash is inconsistent. Other than that, Im good with it.

Im usually not a fan of automated car washes but the wash system at Club Car Wash did a good job of removing the debris from my vehicle and actually washed/cleaned all the crevices that other automated car wash systems miss. Value is dependent on which option you choose, but overall it can be a good value.

The manager Casey did a great job explaining the benefits of the car wash, and on our first time through I can tell it is a high-quality wash.I plan on switching the subscription for both of our family vehicles from a competitor in town. This is a credit to the quality of the wash and also a credit to the great job Casey did demonstrating their service.

The wash is great and the amenities make it shine. Towels for detailing your car with high powered vacuums as well.

Management was extremely rude and unprofessional when I was signing up for a pass. They’re from out of state and are not following mask guidelines. When I asked the woman to put on a mask she said she didn’t need to since she was in her office. I don’t know why but I still got the membership. Honestly the car wash is better than rainstorm or any other one in town. I wish the dryers lasted a bit longer. I do find it annoying that they don’t have carts outside with towels like rainstorm has. You have to go inside and ask for them and they can be rude and act like you’re not going to give it back or something. My first time in the wash the spinning brushes broke a piece of plastic trim off the roof of my car. I let management know and they said they aren’t responsible for damages.

When asked if I wanted to sign up for their wash program, I said no. The attendant had the nerve to ask me “why not?” Like I need to justify why I don’t want to be apart of their program. I hate those tactics and I will not be returning. I can’t recommend this place because you’ll be asked this every time you want to just get a damn wash without being interrogated.

Never been here but seems like a new business...Updated to 5 stars cause I was able to use the vacuum when it was urgent...

Your car is shining like new after a wash there!! And there are vacs on both sides of your car so that you dont have to dry though your car which makes vac easier
