I went in to get an oil change and Ive never been to leroys but was in the area they where the only one I could do a walk in with at the time, I didnt ask what the price would be, big mistake it cost $107 for 5 quarts or full synthetic 5w30 and a filter I was very un happy since the last place I got my oil changed was midas and they charged me $57, when I tell the manager this he says well thats what we charge and said if I didnt like it go someware else

Very disappointing service and terrible quality workmanship. They damaged all four wheels on my truck beyond repair. They overcharge for parts and try to sell services and parts you dont need and they will screw up what they do work on. I was a customer for years, but I will never feel comfortable taking a vehicle to them. They care about getting cars in and out quick and their work reflects that with poor quality parts and work. Very confrontational and discourteous attitude from the get go with the service manager, I think the owners kid. They are known for taking advantage of people. Choose a different shop if you dont want your car damaged.

They patched my tires under 15 minutes when all other tire shops couldnt get me in until the next day or more. Very convient and fast!

Thieves. They wanted to charge my wife $30 too loosen two license plate screws. Even if your car breaks down their push your car to a reputable business

Wow what a joke. These crooks just charged my wife $120.00 for two headlight bulbs and never gave her a quote before replacing the parts. Thanks for taking advantage of my wife you P.O.S. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

Great service. Excellent value. Unfortunately I mistook a parts only quote as a parts installed quote and ended up spending a lot more than I expected. However this just made their price a little higher then the competition instead of a little lower. Still, Ill be back.

I was wowed last night - they exceeded my expectations. I dropped my truck last night at 5:30 needing to get its rear shocks replaced. I figured it would stay overnight while they ordered parts and that I would pick it up after work the next day. They called me within 2 hours and the work was completed well ahead of schedule and right on the quote provided to me earlier. Well done team.

I’d rate it a zero but they did perform the work. Very surly attitude right from the start. Never said please. Never said thank you. I had a question that the attendant apparently took as offensive. Was extremely pained to answer an honest question so I pressed the issue with him. He was definitely not happy about that. Wouldn’t look me in the eye. Did not thank me for my business. I paid my bill. I’m never coming back. Have been a customer far longer than that attendant has worked there.

Leroys is the BEST auto service station around. They are honest - and you cant find that at so many shops! Service is always fast and all employees are friendly. I cant recommend this place enough!

My wife and I have both had great experiences and great work done here! Our Pontiac needed a new exhaust system put in. They ordered the parts and in installing it, they found they didn’t need to re-do everything. They didn’t charge us for the extra parts! They quoted us more, and charged us less!We also get oil changes done here! Quick, easy, and honest! You get a car wash with your oil changes!I have been very pleased by their service and prices! Will continue to go back to them!

I rolled into the Discount Tire in Bloomington at 5:45. It was a madhouse! For the same price I would have spent there, I got small town service from friendly, reasonable, professional folks just a mile down the road. The waiting room was comfortable restrooms are clean the adjacent gas station had snacks. The mechanics had me back on the road within an hour. New tire, rotated for winter roads. And I got a good year instead of a second-rate tire!! Great Bear Auto Leroys is open until 10 p.m.!! So glad I found them thank you all.

Went in to have my brakes checked, and the guy told me itd cost $60 to have them look at my brakes, but they dont do brakes on the weekend and to come back Monday.There was NO way I was going to take time off work and pay $60 for what most places do for free.I was a service writer for 10 years and Im well aware what a brake evaluation entails. It felt more like they didnt want my business and were trying to get rid of me. Mission accomplished!

If you need an honest mechanic that will absolutely not overcharge you (theyve told both me and my husband on several occasions that we didnt need additional work done) then this is 100% the place for you.

Ive gone to Leroys twice for an oil change and the customer service is always AMAZING. They get me in and out in 30 minutes. Yesterday they diagnosed an issue I had with my front tires, oil change, and tire rotation in 45 minutes no appointment. I will forever be coming here to get my car worked on. They have amazing efficiency, customer service and my car always comes out running amazing. Thank you!

I needed a tail light replaced and couldnt dislodge it myself so I thought I would go to the friendly corner place to have them help me. I had the bulb but the guy filled out a work order and told me to have a seat. About 10 minutes later the job was done and I was charged $22.50 for the labor. I was shocked and after I had time to process I called back to talk to the manager. Turns out it was the same person who checked me in. I shared my frustration and he couldnt have cared less. Well, thats what we charge for that work was what I got. I told him he should have told me what it was going to cost ahead of time and he said, Well, you didnt ask. THIS is the very reason that many women hate going to mechanics. The manager made me feel stupid and in the wrong and I dont do business with people like that. Now I can share my experience so others will know what they are in for.

Wow great car wash! I found this place at random after driving past a full service place that charges at least twice what I paid for this place. This was a very good drive thru that uses lots of soap, lots of hot water and very hot very powerful drier. I didnt have to wipe down anything. It was totally clean bumper to bumper for $9.50. Great deal! I will be back and they give you a discount if you buy gas.

Dont expect these guys to go out of their way at ALL for you. I guess my much-needed tire repair was much less important than the oil change that might show up. I was willing to pay and willing to wait but they just didnt want to help. Not happy.

I will be going to this place again. The customer service was excellent, and they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I got a basic oil change, and its nice that it comes with a free car wash. I will definitely bring it back for the same and other services.

Such a great staff!You can tell immediately that they are empowered to do the right thing and provide excellent service.The gas is priced competitively.Also, they have non-oxygenated gas for small engines here! So that is a nice find for your lawnmowers and snow blowers.

The customer service of this company is not good they think they think he thought the same thing too so the profession was is and girl brought a car there they said they can fix but then a looked at the car sale we cant fix it so tell me that is unfixable as a mechanic you know everything is fixable and they told me he is unfixable and all I wanted was stretched her on the car

Whats the saying? You can tell if someones smiling over the phone? Yes and Leroys Best answered my call with a smile. Can I get a quick oil change? Absolutely! Bring it in! With my busy schedule thats what I needed. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No additive sales pitches either. Plus I loved the wool soft cloth car wash which was open @ -14° . Its getting difficult finding friendly service these days. Thanks Leroys for making Monday start great.

Great service and their prices are reasonable. They were never trying to make a buck off of me. They would just tell me what was wrong with the vehicle and told me if it was critical to get it fixed or not...never pushy to get something fixed. They just seemed really honest and that went a long way for me.

They give me a different price for a tranny flush every time i ask, and hen shopping, and comparing prices, they are always more expensive by at least a few hundred dollars on anything. I think its obvious they are out to rip you off. It might only be a couple employees that are doing it, but the result is the same. I recommend you RUN from this place.

The employees here are fantastic. I got both of my headlights replaced exactly 2 months ago and I found out that I had one out already. I went back and told them this and they fixed it for free, I was worried they might charge me. But they explained why this would happen so soon and what we could do to fix it. I wont go anywhere else now because of how friendly and honest they were and they knew how to solve my issue!

Looked at reviews seen they have such great customer service.. Called to ask a question, the guy mumbled something and hung up on me. Ive never been there, I guess I never will.

Excellent customer service from the owner, Troy. The car wash ended up scratching my vehicle due to a poorly made rear wiper. Troy apologized for the inconvenience and paid for the repair on my vehicle. He also supplied me with a proper rear wiper. We will continue to use the car wash and get our gas at this gas station.

Our A/C wasnt working in a 2007 vehicle and they were honest in telling us all scenarios for the vehicle and what they each could cost. After checking it out, they only replaced a switch that was bad and everything is cooling great! All employees we talked to were friendly and helpful.

Terrible service. We have had two of our vehicles serviced there. They have had difficulty identifying problems, fix things then tell us it is actually something else. We also had a power steering pump put in there and less than 15 months later, it went out, we went to different shop who said the one that was used was likely refurbished. Great. Beware of this place.

Have been dealing with LeRoys since the 1990s. All very knowledgable mechanics and service techs. Excellent prices, they will be honest with you and wont make you replace parts that dont need replacing. A+ highly recommend!

My review only is for the LP tank refill service - this is ridiculous as far as pricing - they do it based on the size of the tank not by how much is needed.Saved myself $10 by going to a neighboring business.

Driving through the area on our way to KC and we started hearing a sound from our front tires. Its a Sunday so we were nervous we wouldnt find a place that was open or that could see us but they let us come in without a problem. They test drove it and inspected it but mentioned nothing was urgent and that wed make it to KC fine and only charged $15 for taking a look at it.

I had never been to Leroys but looking for a quick location to have a leaky tired fixed. Then decided to have an oil change. They told me my car needed the expensive synthetic oil, but as my car was less than three years old, I have had been using it. Well over $50 for an oil change but I had my big Christmas drive in a month so I felt it was okay. Just driving around Bloomington the next three week but then before Christmas drove 300+ miles to my parents with no issue. However, I drove back on the 26th and got about 1/3 the way back and I had a low oil warning, Drive 20 miles to the next exit in the middle of nowhere WI and sure enough there was little or no oil on the dipstick when I checked. Had to buy 2 quart of oil then worried about oil leaks the whole way back but no issues.Car sat in my driveway for three hours after the drive and not a single drop of oil leaking out. Checked it the next day it was just over full. Where did 1+ quarts of expensive oil disappear on a car with no leaks, 800 miles since the oil change and only 25K miles total? Likely they did not put the correct amount of oil in for my car and didnt even bother to check that it was extremely low. Unfortunately I cant find the receipt to see how much oil they charge me for .Wont trust Leroys even for an oil change. At least at Vavoline they show me the dipstick level, which they never did at Leroys.

Buy alot of propane here theyre mechanics are nice always putting the non oxy gas in my boat and ice auger never had an issue with it

This was my all time favorite carwash. I went through it today fir probably the 100th time but this time it creased my passenger door and scraped the side of my car badly. I watched in horror as it happened, and stopped right after and reported it. I was told this could not have happeded in their wash....very disappointing indeed. Their service is great but I expected more in the way of accountability. Shameful!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place!! Andrew, Troy and the crew are amazing! As a female I have always had problems with auto repair businesses taking advantage of my automotive ignorance, but I feel truly at ease at their shop. I have brought both my personal and government vehicle to Leroys They are one of the only shops that did not take advantage of my ignorance and the government credit card, to charge me for things that were not necessary. In fact, I had brought my government car to a dealership in Bloomington, and they told me that I needed a new battery, I found this strange, but told them if they could get an authorization for payment from GSA, to go ahead. An hour later a technician came in to inform me that they had been mistaken, and I did not need a new battery. After much discussion, I found out that the dealership had called GSA for authorization and they said, go ahead and replace the battery, it is still under warranty, so it would come at the cost of the dealership..at which time the dealership decided I did not in fact need a new battery. Then I took it to Leroys. They figured out the problem was caused by some aftermarket equipment that was installed and was draining the battery and said the specialized technicians that installed it, would be able to repair it, and they were right. Leroys did not charge me/the goverment for that diagnosis.
