WOW!! Im from Decatur. This Bloomington location is much better for vacuuming your car!!! The hose nossles are awesome, more powerful like Billingsley gas in Decatur and MUCH easier to park and get out!!! I also felt like I got a better wash 🤷‍♀️ Attendant super friendly!!!

Today one of the rollers that washes your hood and roof wasnt working properly. They probably should have just shut down until it was fixed.

Jeremiah went above and beyond by asking me if I wanted my mats clean because they were covered in salt and the automatic mat cleaner wasn’t working. He also checked on me to make sure I didn’t forget them since I let them dry in the sun while I spent a while vacuuming the interior of my car. I was very appreciative of how professional and helpful he was!

Monthly member and use frequently. Good wash but still need a walk around. I have a car wrap and it took it off. But that is expected.

More expensive for ppl who dont live in town and take advatage of regular service prices.Decent wash with nice amenities of pre bug wash, vaccum, glass and multi cleaners with rags and places to clean your floor mats

They claim to open at 7:30 AM. I was there at 7:40 and had to wait almost 20 minutes before anyone got there to open.

Payed $20 for the car wash, attendant didn’t use the hand brush on the front or back of the jeep,( don’t know if they do that anymore but they used to ). After we got home put the jeep into the garage and it didn’t look like it was washed.! $20 down the drain!

There are two rainstorm locations in town (that I know of) and this one has a much more gentle wash. Its nice that you can just pull over and vacuum immediately after getting a wash.

The car washes has went to pot several of the brushes do not work theres never no water out the front for your pre-wash

Worst car wash ever. All of the soap didnt get rinsed off and then froze before I could wipe it off with the stiff towels that were offered.

Carpet cleaning station was such help and convenience which is included in the price

No active phone number on the website. The East Empire location closes early with no warning, sometimes you to an hour. No way to contact a manager if needed.

Im on the monthly program. For the cost of one washing, I can get a wash everyday of the month. Great service. Vacuums are the best around, and theyre free,no quarter feeding.

I cannot say enough about rainstorm! Not only can you pay 20.00 a mont and wash you car everyday, but they have the big cleaning station, supply widow cleaner, bug solution, multipurpose cleaner and the rags you need to have clean care inside and out! And the vacuuming is free! No more 10 dollar crappy car washes and 10 dollar vacuuming for me!

Usually a good wash. Definitely recommend taking advantage of the fast pass, however, DONT USE the wash on main street. I always have soap residue left on my car. The one by the airport is the best, they even have floor mat cleaners there

Itll do for a quick wash, but thats about it - never gets the back of the vehicle clean.

Was alot better when they opened didnt really get my car clean but they never do. The rags they provided were soaking wet and were not clean I wouldnt have used them on my bicycle. Main reason I came was for the free vacuums love those

This used to be a great car wash. They have stopped prepping cars before entering, removed drying brushes, cars still come out dirty and haven’t lowered prices. I’ve went through twice and still the vehicle isn’t clean. If I wanted to scrub my own car, I can wash it at our shop. I’m cancelling all of our vehicles.

Not a bad car wash. Kinda pricey and does not dry your car all the way sometimes, but it does a pretty decent job. The free vacuums and cleaning sprays at the end are a nice touch

Wash your car everyday with a reasonably price membership. It keeps your car looking great and keeps the elements off.

Went the first time today. Its expensive but its worth it for the experience alone. I drove passed and saw the lights and Im like heck yah im trying this.

Superb value for money. for a monthly Rain wash subscription of $19.99. Staff is friendly and its a very smooth experience. Love that they offer vaccum, floor mat cleaning for free.

My car always comes out looking nice and clean! I like that there are washcloths to use afterwards so I can wipe down the car and get to any hard to reach areas. I also like that there are vacuums to use as well! I would recommend!

Everytime I get my car washed here it looks the same as it did when I arrived--on the outside. While the wash might not be worth anything, the access to high powered vacuums, garbage cans, rags, and spray to make the inside of my car look nice helps me to make the inside spotless. I own a golden retriever with a black fabric interior, and the vacuums get all the hair and dust she brings into the car.

Like the convenients but the brushes scratch the clear coat and never get the back of the truck clean.

Dryers could be better. You pretty much have to stop to towel dry.

Okay when they are open, i have fast pass and try to go toward the end of the day but ive found out they will close early. Last night i stopped by at 5:40 and they already had it closed. Their posted hours say they are open till 7:00....

I love this place. I pay a monthly fee and can get my car washed as many times per month as I want. Plus they have free vacuums and a floor mat cleaner.

Is expensive for the service, my car was completely wet after I came out of the service. The same service is 3$ in Chicago
