I had the Complete package detail. The customer service was excellent in making the appointment, checking in and picking up. Lola detailed my 2011 pathfinder. It was dirty and in need of some tlc. When I picked my vehicle up it shined like a new car and the interior was spotless! If you haven’t taken your car here yet, get going! They are AWESOME!!

Every time I get my car washed here they are friendly and do a great job. I have two large German shepherds and the fur is hard to get out, but they always get it done. Maddie is always very professional, polite and friendly when she rings me up. I’ve never had a bad experience.

This was really a weird experience for me. Exterior car wash was good, they seemed to have vacuumed the front seats but not the back. No wipe down on the interior or the doors or framing. But did a great job on the windows. Overall I wont go back because Im paying the fee and tip for all the services to be completed. Also, outside attendant seemed annoyed I disturbed him. Also wasnt wearing a name tag or uniform so I didnt know if he worked there or was just hanging out. Other staff were very niceI asked for a wash that included vacuuming out the car. Then I asked if they wipe the interior and the guy said theyre supposed to.

Had my car detailed here today, the prices went up, then the “upseller” tells me it will be $20 extra to wipe off 2 small makeup/dust smears from the vinyl side, claiming it will take 30 minutes longer when that is nothing but a big fat lie! It takes me two seconds with a car wipe to take it off because I always do it but I didn’t bother since I was getting it detailed. The last time I was here the “upseller” tried to charge more for dog hair when I don’t even own a dog and he basically said I was lying! Disgusting dishonest company that most likely pressures the workers to do whatever it takes to charge more. The cashier couldn’t empathize why I was annoyed and raised her voice in a snotty spitting tone at me. I gathered my things I wanted to keep—flashlight, plug in chords, pair of expensive scissors in a plastic bag & was taking it out of my car when a worker told me to just leave it in the back and they would put it back after. They informed me they were closing at 4 instead of 6 so I rushed over there, was driving off when I realized that my bag of items are missing! No one answered the phone, there is no voicemail. They also didn’t give me the receipt for nearly $200! Way overpriced for such horrible service and experience from beginning to end. What an absolute nightmare of a place! (The cleaning was decent & I felt bad for the cleaning guys working so hard/understaffed so I tipped them.) But the others—👎😾

The front desk was the fun hair and the piercings was SO nice and helpful. I love this place! I will forever trust them with my new 2021 jeep. I drive 1hr to use this place! Go here !

The prices went up and the service went down. I can tell when I need a car wash when I have dust on my dashboard and I have film on my windshield. After we came out of the full service car wash I had to go back inside and ask for a towel so I can dust off the dashboard because they didnt do it very well. And while I was driving at night I could see with the cars headlights shining on my windshield that they were streaks left from when they attempted to clean my windshield so it actually look worse than before they cleaned it. I will try to remember not to go back to this place again.

Interior door jam not cleaned, did not wipe or clean the rubber floor in front of console. Paid $8 to clean front floor mats - the undersides still contain debris and they smell like a wet dog. Exterior wash is fine. I have not used this car wash since before COVID, and they certainly have not improved. Will never use again.

Expensive $21.49 & UP. They do a good job except for the wheels.

Basic car wash, definitely didn’t clean the Windows, water marks all over. better car washes at gas stations, for a lot less. $20 for a basic car wash.

Went for headlight restoration which was done well. However the “ $20 “MANDATORY car wash is a rip off. Disappointed

Paid nearly $40 for the Supreme Wash. The exterior of the car was fine but the interior was terrible. The seats were only partially vacuumed and the dashboard was not wiped down at all. Definitely not worth the price.

We brought our Daughter-in-Laws car in to be washed and have the interior detailed. She has 2 dogs that are excellent shedders. Our Grandkids have also left telltale signs of their presence. When we picked up her car we were impressed. Not any fur or stains to be seen. Our Daughter-in-Law was equally impressed. We were not happy at all with the Lyndale location a couple of years ago. They got 1 star.

Id give them a 4. But.... I got the complete package. And was charged 30 extra for soil on one of the seats. My car looked good at first. But I seen the rims had been hardly touched. They were black on this sides. And there was gunk on the top of the side windows. Spots still had soap and dirt that they missed.

I work close to this paradise and use them very often. Ive used them for their basic car wash and their back to new special a few times. Their regular car wash is quick and done well, their back to new special had my 2008 Accord looking like a brand new vehicle, well worth the price. Ive been going there for years. 4 stars because since the crew manager left, the cleaning and especially the drying has not been what it used to be. The selected wash is over $37 but often time, the interior is not wiped well, the exterior either so I have been wondering lately if the wash is worth it. Hopefully, they will improve and get back to where they were soon.

I own a limo service and Im glad I can use the car wash and detail center but I always Ashes in my cup holder, trunk was supposed to be vacuumed but was never touched so why ask if I want that option. Took 25 minutes when I was the only car in the bay. I pay $95 a month, month after month and it doesnt seem to change. Car wash is decent but detail section needs work

Hi everyone please do not west your money in this location I don’t know how the other location of this company operate but the one in west Bloomington is the one ripping of people. I have spent 24.99 for nothing and I don’t wanna that happen to you wash outside of your car in holidays and clean inside by yourself that will be much better than coming to this horrible place.

Worse place possible. Spent $65 for a buff and wax. Was told that included the inside vacuum and wiped down.Got the wash and left. Went to the store and seen how bad the car was. They didn’t wipe ANYTHING down on the inside. Didn’t vacuum or anything.So I go back and they say we will re wash it. They gave it a basic wash and all that did was wash off the fresh wax and tire shine. The back of my SUV I had to vacuum more my self when I got home. There is nothing wiped inside so I did that my self at home. They washed the tire shine off, so I get to pay for a bottle to do it myself. Plus there is wax spots all over the car.I’m not going across town for a 3rd time for them to TRY to wash my car correct. I look forward to the owner contacting me and I will be requesting a full refund.My review on there Facebook page shows pics of how bad the service was.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!Went here to give them a chance after several people told me not to. They were extremely unprofessional and shattered my mirror off my door. When I talked to the manager he said ABSOLUTELY NOT we will not REPLACE WHAT WE BROKE.The car was dirty and sticky after leaving, there was some sticky substance on and around dash that was not there before coming in. I watched them circling the car brushing the towel across several times. Lazy sloppy unprofessional staff and rude careless management. Huge waste of money. Some wipes and a toddler could do a better job than this joke of a car wash company

I have streaks all over the inside of my windows. It took forever to get through the line. For $25 I would have expected better. For $10 I would have gotten much better from a gas station.

I always go to this specific paradise location because they do a FANTASTIC job. 10/10 Excellent job as always. They are a little spendy but it’s because they work for it. Got a cherry red popsicle stain & brown makeup stains out of my tan seats that had been there over a month. I love this business and will only go there.

Service was ok ok. They didnt explain their washes and services they provide or show where to go after you order what wash you want. They vacuumed decently. As for wiping down the dashboards and in between the seats, it wasnt done. It isnt included in the detailing - you need to pay separately for that and that details is the entire car. Again, no explainations that only the windows and doors might be wiped off and car dried off at the end. It was disappointing to get into my car and see it being clean but still having some dust and stuff in the middle and on the dashboards even with it all bring emptied out. If I want a really detailed clean, I might come back. But if all I need is a car wash and a vacuum, I can do that myself better at home.

Paradise did an excellent job washing abs waxing my car. then they vaccumed it, cleaned the windows and sprayed a nice scent inside

Awsome service. I went to east Bloomington location and next day I had to come back service is horrible there unlike here where at end of day Friday here I come and I had not cash for tip for wich they deserved. I will be back to get more of their services and monthly membership for winter times, they didnt try to up sell me on those either just told me what I need based on what I was looking for and all of this with happy attitude from everyone I encountered. Amazing for friday almost time to go home time of day.

Recently visited this location and the management is amazing. The GM here is extremely nice and the overall staff is great! My car used to be covered in dog hair and when I got it back it looked brand new. My dad thought I took a picture of a dealership car when I sent him a picture. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Love going here. Anytime Im around one I stop and get my car touched up. Theyre fast and you can watch your car be cleaned. The floor mats even come out clean. Always make sure to check your car over after.

Overpriced they missed part of my vehicle on the wash

Good customer service, but not the best quality work. I spent $34 for a supreme wash and within about 10 minutes the car was done and I had to park elsewhere to dry off my mirrors and other spots they missed. I would still come here, but I dont think I would pay for an expensive wash - maybe $10 to 15 next time.

Went to Paradise Car Wash for a detail after my stolen car was recovered at MOA. The car was full of mud, water, and cigarette butts. At first they were going to have me come back the next day to get the car, but when I explained to them that I had to drive an hour to come back, they moved me up in the line and got it done in about 4 hours. The car is the cleanest it has been in a decade. Everyone there was friendly and made a very unpleasant experience a bit more bearable.

The crew at the west Bloomington Paradise Car Wash does a consistently great job. Just last week I took my care in for its first wash at Paradise in over two months. Needless to say, the interior was not a pretty sight and needed some serious and powerful vacuuming.The two-man team at the entrance took their time and I was impressed as I watched them change out vacuum attachments and move the seats repeatedly back and forth to make sure they got every last bit of debris off the floor. This was very close to the type of floor cleaning one might get when having their car detailed. Great job!

They offer an unlimited carwash service for under 40$ a month that includes vacuum. They blow out your.locks and wipe you.door jams so I am able to wash my vehicle during the cold days in Minnesota. There regular was is close to 20 $ and in my opinion it is well worth it. Never have to wait.more.then 20 minutes to get the salt and dirt off your car, if you.would like to ovoid rust do yourself a favor and treat yourself.or a family memeber to the best wash in the city.

This is the most professionally run carwash in the metro area. They always do a detailed wash and review of their work before signalling you to take your vehicle. My long time favorite.

They do a great job! What I like about it is they hand wipe down each car afterwards. They’re not cheap but quality NEVER is. They offer many options of car washes to a complete detailing. Depending how busy they are, allow 10-15 minutes to to drive away with a clean vehicle

Great prices and friendly services. The guys were all very friendly and so patient with me as they helped me choose my package (changed it twice), and they were very patient and detailed explaining what the upgrades were. My vehicle was full of nasty salt and they got it all off. Great job, guys!

One of their adolescent employees swung at the corner of my freshly painted car with a scrub brush, like hitting a baseball with a bat. It left a noticeable gouge in the paint, which I noticed immediately. The management looked at their security video upon my request. Once they saw what happened they were very apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. My family has been customers at Paradise for as long as I can remember and wed never had any issues, let alone a bizarre incident like this. Not only has my car been restored, but my confidence in Paradise Car Wash has too. Thank you for doing the right thing and being a company with the utmost integrity!

A true full service car wash, offering as little as a inexpensive exterior wash, full interior and exterior. They also detail cars. I have had a monthly membership for tens years, very happy with the service and staff.

I have been using Paradise car wash for several years. I have always been a monthly member and I feel its a great bargain as long as you wash your car at least 3 times a month. In the winter time it is great because they do a excellent job of drying your car off (inside all the doors, gas door, rear hatch) so that nothing freezes shut. With the monthly you are able to go to any location which is very convienant.

Im super impressed with the outstanding customer service that I get at this specific location. Ryan is always so helpful and genuinely cares about his customers. He goes above and beyond. There are times that me and the kids come in and one day he will be cashiering the next he will be vacuuming vehicles and helping the guys out. Doing whatever he needs to do to get the job done while providing excellent customer service. A true leader! Alex is also super friendly and is so fast!!Asif is the absolute best!! A natural born leader!!! He is extremely detailed and so kind! He always greets me right when I pull my vehicle in and takes care of all the extra little details that I request with a big smile. I have kids so the back of the vehicle always has food crumbs wrappers and such and I try to help them separate toys and garbage but they always greet me with a smile and personally take care of it for me getting rid of garbage and putting toys in the carseats. Employee that was suppose to be guiding me in was standing in my passenger side blind spot then got an attitude bc I didn’t pull into the location where he wanted. This person has had bad moods before but I overlooked it and today was the topper. Not going back to this wash ever again.

I go here a few times a year to get my car totally cleaned. They do a great job and the car shines.

My wife paid for floor mat cleaning but did not receive the service. At the end of the line she pointed out that the mats were not cleaned and was told Yes they were. The mats still had debris (sand, gravel, dried leaves) on them and clearly had not been cleaned or even vacuumed. This has happened to me before, apparently a common oversight, and the mats would immediately be brought back for cleaning. Not so for my wife. She was told, in an intimidating tone, that they were very busy and she needed to move her car out of the way. This is not acceptable and makes me wonder what other extra services are not done or completed. I left a message on their web contact form in regard to this but got no reply.In regard to the response about getting back to me ----- still waiting!

I payed for admiral car wash, that includes vacuuming and dusting and putting air refreshener. First time I got my car back, the only thing that was done was light vacuuming and light dusting. IF I WANTED light vacuuming I could go by myself and pay a 25c on a gas station and get it done, but thats not why Im paying 30$ to clean my car that way!So second time after I complained, they cleaned my car again, they did better job at vacuuming and dusting but again, and second time the guy who work there told me (you should give 1$ tip next time to the guys) and I already gave tip before I even looked at the car! I have pictures as the proof that Im trying to post right now. Im really disappointed... I was asked for the tip again, payed for service, and for half of the job done. Thats really nor fair.

I had the admiral service done as it was one of the first washes for the season and a couple things happened that will make me go to the burnsville one more often.To start of the car was clean and shiny besides some marks that I got off with my personal microfiber cloth at home glad the didnt or mightve scratched the paint exterior was good for the most part but..1. The floor mats were barely vacuumed and not sent through the cleaner which was included. So there is salt marks all over the mat from the vacuum.2. The interior was hardly vacuumed. I saw in the sunlight that all the dust was still there which I cleaned when I got home because of trim peices they didnt even try to get ( cup holders, door cubbies, door jams, etc). One worker was very kind but the other guy was silent and rushed all off the work missing the majority of the interior panels on the dash/ doors and chrome trim on the inside was untouched in most places.3. The trunk space was still soapy after the wash and they took out the soap but didnt dry or clean the hinges or any metal in the trunk opening.Other than that it was a nice car wash mostly friendly workers. Cashier knew what she was doing and made sure snack were constantly stocked. Im glad they put it in snow/ice because I forgot to put on valet mode. I probably will try again later in the year to see if things get better but not for now.No pictures because I already fixed most of the mistakes besides the moisture spots on the interior small but annoying on leather.

Had a hand wash done on my pickup since it is too big too fit in the main wash. 100% impressed with the attention to detail they took. Couldnt be happier with the outcome.

Great service and pricing on monthly unlimited washes. During the winter sometimes I get two washes in a day. Spring carpet washing removes all the salt residue from the winter.
