Worst experience ever! Sold me a car with issues, they towed it in to fix it. They had it three weeks only fixed one issue. First said needed a new engine and trans then said it didnt. Got it back same problems. Took it to another mechanic shop who instantly figured out what was wrong. Timing belt needed to be serviced/ adjusted. Easy fix that could have been figured out three weeks prior. Thankful for the mechanic shop with real mechanics who were able to get my vehicle running properly!

Super serious about making the costumers happy and how good their work it. I got new wheels put on in almost no time and they look amazing. they really are Perfection auto.

Let me start by saying that the outside of my car looks perfect. Inside of the car is another story though. Unfortunately I didnt look at the quality of work done before I paid the bill. When I first went out to my car and sat down, my pants got soaked... When I looked to the side, I noticed what looked like muddy water still covering the other seats in my car. I immediately went right back inside to complain and when I showed them, they gave me an excuse that Fords seats are hard to clean.. Sooo, clean them? I still have all of mats in my house, in front of a fan to dry out. Surprisingly, they paid very close attention to the very small details in my vehicle, I mean it was impressive. Please tell me why half of my car is still covered in dog hair and dirt when I paid $140.00 for my car to be cleaned. This is the kind of service I have received when going to cheaper car cleaning services. I chose perfection auto because of their high reviews online, but dont be fooled. Normally at any business, when an obvious complaint is made, a solution is presented but not at this place. Best advice I can give you is go somewhere else.

Best detailing around in my opinion. Took 2 of my families cars and was very surprised by the timeliness and efficiency. All employees were extremely nice and respectful. All around A+ job!!

Horrible car buying experience. My son saved his money to buy a truck and on the outside it looked wonderful. The engine looked clean and it had low miles. The ugly truth is that even though they put new shiny tires on the truck .....underneath the carriage of the truck the frame has holes and Is structurally unsafe because of major rust erosion. The salesman Steve was not helpful when I asked about the poor condition of the carriage. Too late for my son because he can’t drive his first car because it is unsafe. The truck sits at my house until I can pay off my loan so we can get a safe car for my son.

Bought a couple of cars two days ago for our teenage daughters. Steve was great to deal with over the phone and in person. It was great to find a dealer that has some reasonably priced cars for that first car need. The entire process was quick. We did find that one vehicle had some issues and they were happy to look at it and get things fixed for us. Great place, definitely recommend!

First time I took a car here for detailing about a year ago I was very pleased with the results so I didnt hesitate taking another car for detailing here this year. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the results this time, there were stains all over, wax that wasnt removed, and overall it didnt have the perfection they promote, it looked more like a fast car wash but way overpriced. I did mention these to the guys in charge which tried to just wipe some little stains and nothing more, very mediocre results.

Great service and everyone was nice, however, when I pay $160 for a detail, Id like it to all be clean. Obvious areas like the middle console wasnt cleaned at all and less obvious areas like pull down arm rests in the back where missed at well (understandable). I havent checked under the back seat yet, but I expect that to be missed as all. If it is and I can get it corrected, Ill update my review.

I posted a bad review a few weeks ago concerning an Explorer that my daughter & son in law bought several months ago. The owner, Glen, saw the review and contacted my daughter. He wasnt aware of the issues and between him and Wyatt they not only fixed every issue but they also replaced some tires. Super great people to do everything they did to fix the issues and put her and her children in a reliable vehicle!

Love this place. Never experienced car buying being so simple before. Even with an issue within the first day, they fixed it with no hassle, and for free.

Good price & polite staff. However, I was told the serpentine belt would be replaced before I made my purchase. One day after I got my car home I discovered they had NOT replaced the belt as they said they did so their dishonesty cost me an additional $121. Not good business practice to lie to customers. I will not be back.

This was my first time buying a car. Ended up buying a 2008 Mazda3. Beautiful car and worked just fine. Then a couple of days later, the wheel starts shaking whenever I hit the brakes. But the owner Steve gave me a 15 day warranty. Hopefully they hold their end of the bargain to pay 50% of everything.

Chuck gave us a great deal! We had a mechanic look at the car, and he reassured of the quality of the used car. Our daughter was very happy, and we were confident of the purchase.

Nice guy. Checked the error code on my car to be nice while my brother shopped for trucks. Selection is decent and prices are reasonable.

It took me til after my temporary tags expired to get my license plates. Staff lied about having them sent. Gave me two different days that they had went out. It was very frustrating.

I am roughly an hour south of Bloomington and had been trying to find someone, somewhere, to detail my vehicle since the place that used to detail it for me is no longer detailing. I cannot even begin to tell you how impressed I was with the personal and professional service provided by Perfection Auto. My car not only smelled like a brand new vehicle, it looks like one.

One of few shops to install tires if you have spacers behind your rims/wheels, not inexpensive though, $120.00 to install and mount 2 tires, I already had the tires purchased elsewhere.

Called had bad Signal on my end when I called. Told them I would call back in a better place place, hung up, tried to call back couple times, hung up on me.
