Love, love, love my new highlights by Tori - they look perfectly natural and blended in. Perfection takes a bit of extra time, but I am extremely happy with the results! Cut is great too!

Tori was wonderful and gave me the haircut I asked for and went above and beyond. She also did a fabulous job on my eyebrows. She was very detail oriented and I really appreciated the time she took.

Rude staff. Tried making an appointment with a certain individual, but had questions first. Called numerous times, each time leaving a message. After waiting more than the usual 3-5 days to receive a callback; I waited (10+) thinking she miight have had emergency or illness, my call was never returned. Was my business demonstrated as important? I think (and can see) not. Do not recommend.Since posting the review, I received an email - Response from the Owner saying they were sorry to hear this, and that they have shared my review with their Guest Services Team, and provided an email and number if I wanted to discuss it with their District Leader.

Grandson had his haircut here and loved it. Very friendly staff and they took their time. Very impressed they cut it exactly the way he asked.
