As a business owner myself, I take pride in my first impression with the serviced I offer. Arrived 7 mins late for my sons haircut appointment due to being held up for an emergency we had, now I understand taking someone else because your time is valuable, but the smart comments and the rudeness relaying how we can still be serviced is highly unprofessional, you never know what opportunities you may miss.

I have been to Erskine Reeves Barber Shop at Stratford a couple of times and I have had outstanding service both times. I have had my hair cut by both Monica and Jeremiah and both are excellent. The service I have received is impeccable and the shop is very clean. I highly recommend!

I was in the area for a business trip and needed a cut bad. As a African American, it is hard to find barbers that are comfortable and skilled at cutting our hair. I reached out to this shop via phone and was able to come right in and get serviced. Anthony was so professional! He provided a cut that was beyond quality, it was dope. At this shop it is an experience! Not just a sit and go. My fears was eased, conversation was amazing. Id definitely be back if Im in the area again.

Went online to schedule a haircut and had a time at 10. Went to the door of the mall and could not get in. Maybe telling people what door to come into for an appointment would be helpful.

So unprofessional, I booked an appointment twice for my son and both technicians canceled. I don’t understand if you’re not available at the times the website gives, close off your books. It’s so simple. Iam so unhappy with this shop. Also you wait hours to be seen no acceptable at all.

I usually come here and they give great haircuts, but the last few times have been not as great as expected. Warning: Dont come here for a cut with bleached hair. They messed up my bangs.

Went in for a blowout and one of the barbers who was cutting my hair just shaved the sides, you can’t even tell there was a fade and he went wayyy too high. im embarrassed to walk around like this. if i would’ve known it was gonna look like this i would told my little sister to cut my hair. i would not go here again

My son was impatient and couldnt wait for his regular shop to open Monday. So we went and he regretted it. Line up was obviously crooked, sides uneven, line on 1 side of his head he didnt ask for. He was so upset but knew I was right in just waiting the 1 day. Even though he tried to blame me because I drove him there.😂😂

Made appointment online, received confirmation email for the time and date (next day), then get there only to find a scheduling error happened and no appointment was set for me. No call, no notice, and could only offer to put me on the list and see if there was time to fit me in. Didnt get a haircut and waste of time, not professional at all.

Twice I booked an appointment online for my son and drove 45 mins there to be told No appointment was found so frustrating they treated my son as a walk in and waited 2hrs to constantly be told 30 more mins. I left and found an AMAZING Barber shop in my home town that treated us like royalty. Tons of barbers with 15 min wait time. Never ever will I go back. My entire family had dropped Erskin Reeves for poor service. Im glad I did too!

Went 1 hour after they opened, waited 2 hours for a haircut. They have a sign in sheet for walk-ins however take their normal appointments which should be better organized. No decency/courtesy to inform walk-ins of an expected wait time. There were over 5 kids waiting with their parents and the music is very inappropriate with multiple use of profanities-straight rap. Not family friendly. Haircut was ok.

I walk out feeling so beautiful! My sylist is unbelievable! She can fix anything I do to my hair. It looks healthy and full.

Every time I come here I seem to have problems. Always a long wait when I schedule appointments. One time the person I scheduled appointment with left as we were waiting and they dont seem to book appointments when you call and schedule an appointment. I like how yall cut but really need to get it together or Im gonna find business else where cause its getting ridiculous that it happens each time.

Nice environment but the barbers need more practice. A wanna be city baber shop with suburban prices.. LOL..! Its a joke.! Dont waste your time nor money. There are way better establishments. Looks arent everything if you cant produce.

Today I went in this facility happy as ever to get my eye lashes done. Since I saw their ratings online I thought this was a great place to get my lashes done at. Also I went in the salon and waited for the lady that was supposed to assist me. I had bought strip lashes of my own for her to put on. Eventually she came and told me to have a seat and when she was applying my lashes they didnt seem as though they were on my lash line. And as she was pressing my real lashes with the false ones she was also pressing on my eye lid and now I have this bump on them from her pressing into my skin with the tweezers.. After she got done I was upset they didnt come out how I wanted them to. The lashes were I top of my lid not on my lash line.. She knew I wasnt pleased with her work.. But charged me anyway and I gave her the money for the poor labor. I was highly dissatisfied with the results. As soon as I walked out the store I pulled them off my lid. And she walked out with me and asked if I took them off I replied with yes. And shes replied oh well I got my money anyway and continues to walk. Then turned around again and started schooling me on the style of lashes I picked out. I love the style of my lashes. She just failed to put them on how they were supposed to be put on. Then showed my pictures of herself. And her false lashes didnt look nothing like how she did mine.. So i dont know why she would send me out looking like how I did.. To me I was more on a professional base than she was. Also she did not care about her work only the money in this case. And if one employee is only about the money and not the quality, some other employees must be like that too... I would like I refund but I just walked out in disappointment. And my birthday is August 2nd and I just wasted my money and time in erksins reeves salon. I believe her name was zadiya, short lightskin black girl.
