I requested a pedicure and a manicure. I usually I get a design on one of my nails and rhinestones put on my big toes. However, I dont understand how the staff stated the one who was handling my nails, was their best nail designer, but she wasnt capable of any of the designs I showed her. Then I asked for a simpler design, she managed to do it. However, she had an attitude because I was making sure the design was to my satisfaction, and therefore, she refused to design the rhinestones on my big toes. Then, the staff were speaking in the native language regarding the situation which was very rude!! My first instinct was to insult and disrespect her and the rude staff, but instead I just remained calm and politely left without saying anything or leaving any tip!!The moral of this story is, Hospitality goes a long way!!

Spa day was excellent here. Kristine the nail tech is amazing super nice and great with nail designs for full sets!!Got my nails and feet done and I wanted to fall asleep while getting my toes done. There pedicure chairs are amazing and give the best massages and can’t forget the hot towel and foot massage before they paint your toes. Would highly recommend.

I went there about 3 times and my pedicure was good but this time it was not worth it. An older guy did my toes, he seemed very inexperienced. It felt as if a child was playing with my feet and painting my toes. My feet did not feel clean and it did not feel like I got a pedicure. It felt like I just dipped my feet in the water and he polish them, I could have did them myself. He was very nice but being nice dont mean nothing if you dont know what your doing. And after he polished my toes he told me that I had to leave immediately and I could not dry my toes, at first I thought he was playing so I started laughing but he was serious and he said its because of covid... I did not understand that because they was not busy and he didnt say that while doing my toes. If you want me to leave because of covid why do my toes in the 1st place? Why even have me sit in a chair? Why even open up and have customers??? My big toe nail messed up a little but I didnt think it was worth going back so I will not be returning because I was not satisfied with the service. They are nice people but I guess it depends on who you go to they need to choose more that knows how to do a pedicure and that cares

Adequate. Got a pedicure. No fans to help dry your toenails. Perhaps thats why they push their gel pedicure. It dries instantly, or so they say. Walked up to the park and sat for a few and moved on to the next thing.

Honestly Ive been going there for awhile and I use to like them. However, I made a decision not to go there anymore. Their staff are rude and they dont know how to receive clients there. Another observation Ive made is that none of their staffs wants to do peoples feet so what they do is give you run around that they have someone coming in just so they dont touch your feet. Also, they dont know how to respect time because you can make an appointment and they have you waiting for 1 hour long, what was the point of making an appointment in the first place!? On the good note Kim, the owner, does a great job with eyebrows and eyelashes.

He rushed through it when I told him I didnt like it he said it was my nails not his work. Today I called and a nice lady answered she said I could go back in but Im so far I live in NYC and I figured I would just do this review so it doesnt happen to anyone else I paid $42 if you view the image mine are the white ugly ones and gold and I also included a reference pic of what I wanted.. for you to compare

Just came attempting to get a fill and pedicure. Horrible service. I waited to get my feet done which were just ok. As I watched everyone who was getting a pedicure and manicure be helped by the person that started them, I was asked to wait for my nails. I was told I would be taken in 5 minutes. When another person was taken before me I asked what was going on, to which I received a response that the manicurist said no. Unacceptable. Nothing prior or ever happened for them to deny me service and the fact that they accepted this woman saying no to me and to wait another 5 minutes was unacceptable. I thought I could get great consistent service, but I will NEVER patronize this establishment ever again. And I totally encourage others not to either.

I have been a consistent customer here for years. Last week I went and got a chrome set. I was told it would last. As I got my set done one of the nails was lighter than the there and asked that it be fixed. I am the client and am paying $50 for this to get done. When it chipped I went back today to get it fixed. I was told that She wasnt doing my nails because I got on her nerves last time simply because I asked for each nail to look the same . I usually go to a different nail salon but since the one i usually go to was packed. I decided to try this one and boy I wish I would have just waited for my regular salon..The lady that did my nails was rushing when using the drill for filing cut my finger...One of my nails had broken off so had to repair she puts on a nail that looks like a claw or bird talon not to mention the nail is crooked. I tell lady that i want french manicure with the nail polish that looks beige she tells me they dont carry that color and gets ready to put clear after i tell her dont want clear. Gives me a attitude because dont want clear .. So i settle for a different shade she puts one coat on and walks away to work on someone else and never comes back so a guy puts the white airbrush on and tells me that it will look different when dries. i dry my nails and still looks like clear with one coat. i wait 15 min for them to ring me up guy walks away and doesnt come back to take signed receipt. this place is horrible they were even giving this other lady a attitude because she was asking questions. workers here are rude dont acknowledge you and do things half a never again
