This is the worst experience I’ve had at any nail salon. The water during my pedicure was cold even after asking the pedicurist to make it hotter. Then, I got a short acrylic set, coffin shape, with gel for $50. My nails are 3 different shapes, and this was after letting the most experienced person in the shop do them. Then, the owner did my mom’s nails and the shape was completely wrong. The guy who was supposed to fix them took a lunch break after telling her he’d fix them. The customer service, pricing, and work is horrible. I hope the lose all their business because they should not be financially compensated for their work.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!I got my eyelashes & Pink/white gel full set a day before my birthday. My eyelash fell off when I woke up ON MY BIRTHDAY. Two days after I had only 3 nails with gel color on them. I went to speak to someone about getting my color changed and guess what? THEY DIDNT REMEMBER ME. (comical right?) The young lady called the owner making her aware of my situation and I left my contact number. ITS BEEN A WEEK AND NO CONTACT! DO NOT GO HERE!
