Always busy. Twice I Called made an appointment… walk ins were taken before me . And I was never seen on time… Lynn is a very gd nail tech, but unprofessional and doesn’t value customers timeAttitude is very poor

Really awesome job! I have gone a few times and never been disappointed. My friend and I showed them a design on our Pinterest and the two people who did our nails both did awesome jobs. 10/10 would recommend to someone else!

I’ve been coming here for years and as always the service has been great, but please ladies don’t go here. I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and now I have an infection on my feet from a pedicure. They’re very unprofessional now. They don’t disinfect their tools and now I have to go to the hospital and pray everything goes okay.

This place does Nails very well but the person I would recommend going to is Angela or angel I dont remember her name but its one of those two.

I will NEVER go to this salon again. The nicely manicured hands was the expectation a very simple design, and the other is reality. The design was terrible, it was rushed, and was chipped. I got a pedicure thinking they cant mess that up, but clearly they did. He didnt even bother to wipe off the polish that was on my skin, and he cut me with the drill and painted over the blood. I got my eyebrows done as well and they didnt even come out even. EVERYTHING I asked to have done was done sloppy and they had the nerve to still charge me full price. If you go there, DO NOT go to any other technician but the wife and husband.

Recently went there (again) to get a pedi/mani full set. Their main nail tech is always busy...go fig. So I didnt mind trying out the other ladies being that since hes (main nail tech) is so great at his craft the ladies will try harder to show you that they can keep up. And low and behold she did. Give them a chance.

First time to go to this nail place on a Saturday. Was a little busy the wait time was a little long but once your in the chair getting your nails done theyre pretty quick. I do not mind waiting as long as they do a good job. I love this place cant wait to go for my fill in.

Visited here today and I must say Im 100%satisfied. Did gel nails by Amanda and shes amazing! She listens to what you want and shes very gentle. The acrylic was also thin and natural looking unlike other experiences Ive had. Would definitely go back. Thank you Amanda! Receiving lots of compliments!

Ive been coming to Pearl Nails since the business opened. Henry and his wife does excellent work!!!!!!! they are nice and neat when doing nails. The actual place itself is always well kept and clean. I’ve been coming here for about 8 years, maybe even more. My mother & my sister also, which I pay for. Not to mention the clients I brought to this business by recommendations. Recently when I get there, the technician is sitting with someone else during my appointment time. The first time this occurred, I waited 30 minutes before I was seen. It happened again and I said something about it because I had another appointment to go to. Today my appointment was at 5:00, but when I got there I saw that he was now starting on another client. I asked how long and he said 20 minutes. I said I had at 5 appointment, then he said no it was 5:30. I should’ve left because I didn’t sit in the chair until 5:50 when he was finally done with his walk in. After getting my nails filed, I noticed they weren’t even and asked him to add powder to one side of a nail cause he filed it too much. After 8 years of loyalty, Henry told me to have someone else do my nails, just because I asked him to fix a nail to my liking. I am very disappointed in his response and it’s a shame, but I will no longer be coming here.

They do good work, but the wait is very long, even with an appointment. I’ve had to wait 45 minutes to an hour with an appointment.

They always say they arent busy but when you get there youre waiting at least 20 minutes, thats a whole quarter in the meter. They tell you $15 over the phone for fill in and its a different price after service. I had medium length and they charged $35 for a fill-in. I couldve gone to my favorite salon for this. They do have a lot of colors for gel polish but not as much if you arent into that. Theres about 4 workers on weekends. One woman literally scraped the skin off of my fingernails. The woman that sits at the first station is pretty quick and does a great job at shaping.

They do nails well, price is good but they dont know how to treat steady customers. Been going for years now and still when I call to ask if I can come in they always turn me down and ask me to come in days later. I have sat there while getting my nails done and someone will call and I will hear them say they are to busy meanwhile there is one person waiting. There favorite words are to busy. The last time I went was my last. Having to wait 2 hours for then another walk in to go before me. I prefer to take my business elsewhere where business is appreciated.

There great for the price but they dont really know how to do simple designs or any designs really and I dont know how is their favorite word to use.

If there was a way to give no stars that’s exactly what i would do. nail techs are extremely rude. i waited 30 mins and i got impatient so i told them i didn’t wanna get my nails done. they told me they didn’t care and to leave and never come back. they rather sit down and eat there lunch rather then make money. don’t go here ! and they don’t have a lot of workers !

HORRIBLE work and service. I have been a loyal customer for a couple of months now and they treated me so poorly my last visit. I got a pedicure and a full set that started lifting after 2 weeks and the gel polish was chipping after few days so I didn’t want the same person to do my nail again. I communicated that she she was very upset. They all started to talk and stare at me so clearly they were talking about me. They had me waiting another 1 & half ! Then when they finally called me they did a POOR job! 3 of my nails already broke and 7 chipped! My toe polish also chipped WHILE I was on vacation. I would NEVER go back to this place !

They were so rude. The lady didn’t do my nails how I wanted, and she cut me and didn’t apologize. She kept me waiting for half an hour because she wanted to do wat and watch tv knowing customers were waiting. When I asked her to cut down a little bit, she got very nasty and told me just to do my nails myself. I wish I could give 0 stars

Mediocre work. Nails are at a different length. Requested to return same day after work to get nail polish and was told no. All must be done at time of visit.

They do really good nails and everything is clean but one of the ladies are rude I forgot her name but she sits in the back by the pedicures she has alot of attitude when I asked her questions about the nails she ignored me and started talking to someone else by interrupting me and when I was choosing a nail design she was impteint and was rushing me I don’t like it we not animals

$50 for a terrible gel manicure. Never again.
