Very nice and professional guy. He had a full schedule that day but called me back right when he said he would and continuously kept me updated on when hed get to my car. He expertly and quickly towed my car to the auto shop, and his price was much better than the other places I called. I highly recommend S & M Towing, I was very pleased with the job.

Called around and searched on google found S&M Towing I forgot the man name but he was nice and professional he called me back when he said he would I needed a tow to center point from Bessemer paid 128 which I don’t think is a bad price he called and told me what time he would be there to pick the car up came on time and text me that he arrived at the shop in Centerpoint to drop the car off very nice person thanks for helping me I would definitely recommend this towing service!!!!

This dude is legit! Cheaper than the other guys and super nice, hard working guy. Seriously. Go with him. He had to tow my car out of a ditch from several different angles because the road was so narrow and muddy. Took way longer than he expected and still charged me the originally quoted price when he expected an easy tow! He called it the second hardest tow job he’s done and didn’t up-charge a penny. The other place I called STARTED at $30(+) more than him.

Just had my vehicle towed by S&M. Very pleased with the service and timing. They were professional and courteous.

Fast, efficient, and not too pricey.

We called this company using a Google search after having a blow-out on the interstate in Birmingham. He told us it would be 30 minutes, and instead of waiting on our insurance, which quoted us an hour, to send a tow truck we decided to go with them. He arrived 45 minutes later. He told my husband it would cost $35 to change the tire. He told him our location and ended up coming up the on-ramp and getting in front of us instead of behind. We were inches from the right lane of travel on the interstate due to the guard rail. First, he had no tools with him to change the tire. He told my husband he had an impact but forgot to charge the battery. And he jacked up the car so high that the back left tire was off the ground and despite my husband telling him to lower it he ignored him and when it came time to lower the Jack it had shifted & tried to convince me to “drive off the jack until my husband said NO”!!! My husband eventually convinced him to get a come-along to pull out the base of the jack so he could lower it. If not I would have drove off the jack and torn up God knows what!!! He attempted to give up several times with my husband encouraging him to try other things. Meanwhile, we have our 8 and 9 year old kids in the car with us and they are scared to death. Cars and trucks are flying by us going 80mph+, only inches from our vehicle. After an 1.5 hour +, he finally got the tire changed and the spare needed air. He didn’t have an air compressor so told us to follow him on the interstate to the next exit to get air from the service station. We had to drive 40mph down 65S to the next exit. My husband had to pay for air and air the tire up himself. When we were done we handed him $40. He said he had told my husband $45. All in all, very unprofessional. My husband ended up doing as much work as him. We should have waited for the insurance company to send a tow truck. Lesson learned.

I got Sam to move a large storage shed for me. He was on time, communicated with me frequently, and did a wonderful job ! His rates were very good and he goes out of his way to make you happy. He definitely goes above and beyond ! What a great guy ! Thanks Sam.

This young man gave me out standing service, not only was he able to get my BMW from under my carport were it stop running. I made a mistake and gave him the wrong address to the mechanic shop, he called immediately to confirm before dropping off my vehicle. The service charge was lower than all the other towing company,I will be telling my family and friends about this professional business.
