Nobody likes being in need of a towing service..however, Azteca made the entire experience effortless, efficient, & professional.We were met in record time, treated so kindly (even got us to crack a laugh) and were provided detail to explain the vehicle’s issues along with possible solutions to explain to a technician.When you find yourself in need of towing-remember Azteca Towing for the quality, speed and outstanding customer service.

He was absolutely amazing! We were stranded at a gas station with a flat tire and couldn’t get the spare on. He not only saved the day, but saved our vacation as well! 10/10 recommend.

30G came to my rescue in less than 20 minutes. He was professional and courteous. He even wore a mask. 30G will forever be my Knight in Shiny Armour!

I’ve never had to use a tow company before and I’ve honestly always dreaded the thought of it BUT this tow company has completely changed the way I think about tow company’s! Mr. Kelsey was literally At my house in like 15 minutes.. he was polite, funny and kept the conversation flowing all the way to my destination. He was great.. if I ever have to get a tow truck again I will go out of my way to request him!!

Jose and the guys down at Aztec towing are good people. When other towing companies in Birmingham had a 2-hour wait time, Aztec towing was there in 10 minutes. The gentleman who helped me on the side of the road was kind and compassionate for my situation. Being broken down by myself in downtown Birmingham was very stressful until these guys showed up being professional and top quality. I had my car needs taken care of in under 20 minutes of their arrival. Serving the Birmingham area since 2009, Aztec are the guys to help and fast.

My guy 30G just came through and got me taken care of with the quickness. Professional guy, said he had 25+ years experience and it shows. Highly recommend.

So, quick story!I was driving from Memphis to Atlanta about 2 weeks ago and my midway stopping point to get gas is always in Birmingham. I pulled in, filled up the tank, and went to turn the car on, and it died. Died right there at the pump. On a full, new tank of petrol. Being from out of town, I had no immediate connects to come and help me out. (I did have a coworker who lives in Birmingham and I called him to give me a boost, but it wasnt enough).So I shopped around and found these guys at Azteca. The price was right compared to other towing services in the area, and they were incredibly nice and professional. They towed my jeep to a shop maybe 15 minutes away (if that) and had the owner (Antonio) put a rush on my car since I was from out of town. Turns out I needed a new alternator. I was back on the road in a couple of hours, and made it into Atlanta safe and sound.These guys are awesome. I do not usually write reviews, however they truly exceeded expectations on this one, and deserve all the applause. That was definitely a sh*tty day. It had been pouring rain all day that day too, but luckily by the time they finished with my jeep, the sun was out shining bright like it had never poured. Metaphor? Possibly. All I know is, if youre hesitant about calling them, dont be. Id call them again in a heartbeat if anything happens again and Im in the area.

This is the first review I’ve ever written for a company. But, I just have to rave about this towing company. Duane and his wife showed up within five minutes and were able to get my car out of a very tricky situation. They were nice, efficient and worked to make sure that other valuable items in the area were not damaged. If you need to get a tow, give this company a try!!!

Kelsey (30G) did a wonderful job! He let me know when he was heading my way, and called when he got there to verify everything. When he got it to the shop, he let me know my car made it safe and made sure of who to hand my car over to. I would love to use them again if Im in need of another tow!

I actually did not use this towing service. While out of town on Thanksgiving weekend, I called during a scary situation on the side of the interstate. They offered advice on the safest and quickest possible way to a solution. I really appreciated the calm explanations and willingness to assist even though it meant I would not be using their service. Azteca Towing was the only service out of the six I called that took time to help. I imagine anyone would be in good hands with them.

I was having the worst day and my tire blows out on the way to relax at a getaway night. My tire blues 2 miles from my house and 2 miles from the tire shop. These guys had me on my way to grab a new tire, handled my bmw with care within 15mins. I felt like i was charged a little half of the going rate the Im use to. I definitely will recommend thisplace.

I called them based on Google reviews. I was not disappointed. They showed up when they said they would. They charged me what they told me they would. The cost was extremely affordable especially considering the distance I needed to take my car. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Capt Kirk (name is really Kirk) had the car quickly strapped on the truck and at its destination. Told me he has been towing for a long time and it shows. The wait time was a little longer than l would have hoped, but seeing as my insurance company had a hard time locating ANY tow company, he arrived when they said he would, l wasnt in harms way and there was a dollar store right by where l was, l was able to take advantage of the time l had to wait

After a flat on my truck, ended up not having a lug wrench that would fit the nuts. Azteca came out and let a hand. Rolando was helpful and courteous, had the right tools to help with the tire. I also felt the cost was very reasonable.

They literally came and towed my car across the street for me and were very nice. This was my first time using this towing company and they got there in less than 30 minutes. I have never had a towing company reach me that quick. I will keep them in my phone for future references. Great job!!!!!

He kept a smile on his face from the beginning to the end of the job - even in the rain. 👍👍•The driver didnt quite understand the purpose of the tow hook that the BMW has for towing purposes and hooked up underneath on the frame but his way worked fine with no damage.👀

I would like to say GREAT JOB. Good price I called several companies one placed me on hold told me it was an two hr delay never came back.. Another company said three hr delay will call me back when they are headed there never called.. Driver called just to tell me how long he will be and arrived on time stated 20 min and he was there..Another company answered the phone popping gum like it was going out of style.. I work in customer service and this company is saved in my contact.. I never leave reviews but this is worth it.. To the driver didn’t get his name but Thanks.

My suv broke down on me near alabaster and they towned my car to their shop and did a diagnostic on it told me the computer was burnt. It was going to cost me 1500 to fix it. I took my car back home paid them 300 for the diagnostic and the tow. Come to find out i only needed gas. Btw ive had problems with the dashboard so i couldnt ever be sure. Anyways. They will rip you off. Take advantage of ppl.

I called them asked about a tow because a vehicle had been stuck the driver gave me an ETA and was there on time did the job and I paid the quoted price .

My driver was clueless he went to the wrong location barely had my car secure on the back of the truck and had a passenger riding with him who was no help.

Call them around 8 to tow my Jeep to Western part of town would not tow after dark suggested that I leave my car and it will be fine on 280 and I can get someone to tow around 8:30 price will be a hundred to tow right then $80 a tow tomorrow told me that they cannot tow found out today to write this review the data actually and the western part of town and scared to tell to where their business is located in that area thank God that the king boys was around now I see what their commercial is all about King boyz is number one and to my opinion
