Business was on time and they did the haul but they damaged my vehicle and refused to correct their wrong and avoided all my phone calls and lied to me about taking care of the damaged. Driver was inexperienced in hauling Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 extended, didnt realize the length of the vehicle.take photos of your vehicle before letting them tow it. One would have to question the integrity of this towing business because of the way they handled small things, one could only imagine how they would handle big things.

My vehicle broke down 50 miles from where I have it serviced. I called and informed the pleasant lady of my situation. Within 3 minutes, she called back to inform me of Andy’s ETA. They arrived at the specified time, were extremely pleasant and professional. I will only recommend Andy’s Towing from this point forward!

I have used this towing service for both business and personal. They have always been fast respectable of both mine and customers belongings and very fair priced.

They work with you theyre not always about the money as some may would say.

Called at 6:30pm today, guy said he would call me back in an hour to 1-1/2 hours, here it is at 10pm, I called a second time, still was to busy, I really dont think there busy, they just didnt want to pick up our car, so I want recommend this company, I think there dishonest and dont practice fair times, Im going to call a company that I know wants our business and this one has lost our business permanently it would be wise for now on to be truthful and honest, but I guess some companies are just that way, better to have just been honest and told me the truth from the get go instead of leaving me hanging on the side of the road, but I cannot give a good recommendation, because of the unfairness and games that were played on us this evening.

My son was driving home yesterday and his truck died. We needed a tow to the house so we called Andy’s. Things were pretty bad until Tyler from Andy’s showed up. He really helped get us out of a jam and went above and beyond to get the job done. When he got to our house I suggested he drop the truck in the road since our driveway was going to be difficult to deal with. He ended up going above and beyond to make sure the truck all the way home and actually put the truck right next to the garage! Great job on all points including the price!

They destroyed my car more than it already after they towed it. Several items and modifications were stolen off my car by one of their employees & the owner including my subwoofer, intake, head unit, shifter, & several personal items out of my car. The two employees sent to work my crash were trying to fight me at the crash scene because I was trying to get items out of the car (way before they hooked it up) saying I’m stealing their property and “attempting to prevent them from moving my car”. The owner was extremely hostile to my friends and I who came with me to help me get my stuff, threatened us, followed us to and from my friend’s car with a bat and was attempting to intimidate us. He refused to let my insurance pick my car up the two days afterwards because apparently it belonged to them now. A brand new $3000+ rear bumper that was installed on the car prior to my crash wasnt touched in the crash and his employees damaged it beyond repair once they took my car. After my car was towed by them, I was made aware of how shady the owner of the company is and the history they have of stealing items out and off of people’s cars. Avoid dealing with this scumbag and his crew of thieves if possible, because he tries to intimidate & harass people to try and get what he wants.

Tyler was fantastic. He was super polite and got my car unlocked quickly. A great company with a very fast respond rate. I would definitely use them again or suggest them for anyone who needs road side assistance!!!

The guy was extremely friendly. They picked my car up within 30 minutes after phone call. Their prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to other friends and family. Really appreciate yall work. Thanks guys.

19 year old son had a single car accident he didnt call the cops he called his insurance to have it towed. They were on the way to get it he left the key in the truck and went home. O n less than an hour jefferson county called Andys who towed the truck about a mile and a half. I was told by the office girl it would be $290. When I for there Tyler said it would be more than that because he had to pull it out of a hole. That was a lie he was a @$!#!@@$$$@&;

I WAS QUOTED $35 OVER THE PHONE HOWEVER WHEN THEY HOOKED UP MY CAR AND TOWED IT ONE MILE OWN THE STREET THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD COST $75. I DO BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE PREJUDICED AND THAT THEY PARTICULARLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN. I CALLED THE POLICE AND FILED A POLICE REPORT AND I SINCE I WORK IN MEDIA I WILL DO ALL IN MY POWER TO WARN OTHERS AGAINST THIS COMPANY. IT IS BEST TO GET TRIPLE AAA.

My dad ran over a ditch and was in a precarious position....called the first wrecker was out there for 30 minutes with him tryi to figure out how to get the car out without damaging the undercarriage......long story short the Sheriff called Andys they were there in 10 minutes.....10 minutes later the car was out of the ditch undamaged!!!! Crooked & big liar. I sat alone in my broken down car for hours at 2am and I was told someone would be at my location in 20 minutes. No one Never showed up. Not only that their tow rate is extremely high. This is the worst tow service ever I wouldnt recommend.

These people are dishonest and use the law to justify stealing property . amazi g they have contracts with jefferson county police force . their dishonesty caused me to loose every personal property that i owned . pleading with management didnt help at all . the judicial system should not contract thieves .

Rip off crooked company ..I will report them...they charged my mom 300 dollars for a tow and storage for a short 24 hours no.lie!!!!..my brother( that has passed since )was put in hospital the night before on life support so my poor sweet mom was stressed out and very upset and the pos guy wouldnt even help her with changing a tire or anything after she paid the grossly high amount.. she had to stress and call a friend...this place sucks!!!..I would push a car out of a place before calling these heartless rip off losers again!!!!!!

The tow rate is pretty high. But if you happen to wreck a car and they tow it, you can give them the title to the car and you wont have to pay for the towing fee

We have been using Andy’s for many years and never had any issues but after waiting two hour and a half hours for a tow and calling more than once to see what’s wrong and get no response from John with dispatch. I will never be heard telling someone to call Andy’s anymore. Weil will not leave you on the side of the road.

Truck was stolen from Fl. found in Center piont.They towed to their yard. when we come to get stuff/truck. they had pulled main power fuse out so we couldnt get power.. they said the yard drained batteries. WEIRD insurance ajuster had power. our truck was evidence. and they knew what was all in it. so they had been in truck. they also hid keys from us until husband persisted. tool box un bolted( not sure wether they did that). HAD TRUCK MOVED. SHADY SHADY

Was in a wreck asked to tow to somewhere about 20 miles away from wreck said 150.00 told them just carry back to there yard which was 6 miles away and he acted like it be cheaper, went picked it up the following morning and it he charged me 190.00 RIP OFF was on his yard for 10 hours said he didnt care if I got it or not be 40.00 a day storage. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Unnecessarily rude staff... after my car was towed there after a wreck they told the dealer where I got my car from I didnt have insurance.. I did. I asked simple questions got sarcastic answers back.
