Do not rent from here, especially if you are on any kind of housing assistance. They pressure you to sign before you have the authorization to do so. They will try to make you pay a pet deposit for assistance animals. They will not properly clean the unit before they move in but will still try to claim it was spotless. They will try to find reasons why repairs are your fault, even when the repair was needed when you moved in. The caulking was black when I moved in. The toilet seat was broken. The burners were so caked in grease that it took hours of scrubbing before I could use them without setting off the smoke alarm. I’d give less than one star if I could.
