Stopped in on a whim and was kindly greeted. They only had two other clients in the pedi chairs and asked me what service Id like. I showed a picture of what I desired and a short while later I was seated and she started on my nails. I am SUPER pleased at how my nails turned out and will definately be coming back🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

My daughter and I got a full set of acrylic nails. The customer service was great and so were the nails. We will be back. I definitely recommend.

They was amazing on giving me what I asked for ( used a picture from Pinterest) even added rhinestones, my only complaint is my nails just started popping off after 1 week ( I don’t mean breaking I mean popped off like I glued them on at home ) a total of 5 popped off. And then with the pedi i didn’t get any hot towels and they seriously just polished my toes put a little lotion on and that was it . Didn’t lol do my heels or anything .The workers and environment was awesome though.For a full set( coffin shape with length including ombré and marble with rhinestones) and pedi, I paid $110

I walked in and was very well greeted. The guy working there helped me pick out a colored that matched my existing one. My manicure didn’t take long at all and was overall exactly what I wanted. The price is very good for the quality of the nails you get. Great work and will definitely return.

I had been in a lot of places because they start really good the first time and then they go down the hell after the second d time you visit them, but not this place. They are great with pedicures the best, and know how to doGel nails really good. They are super nice people and know how to do nails the right way

I usually come here often. But today, I don’t know what was wrong with their staff they had attitude and the vibes were off to the point where my friend and I just left.

Went for the first time today! Love this place! Cheaper prices and great service. Owned by a family. Man is personable and daughter is quiet but funny. Read a lot of bad reviews concerning the woman, but shes just quiet. She may come across rude at first, but if you try and get to know her she comes out of her shell. Great family and business! Definitely will continue to go!

I am a long time customer and I have referred many people to Tom and Kim. Tom you are excellent and have a great personality. I think you are the only reason this business is still around. Kim and her sister are very rude and lacks respect for their customers. I am absolutely appalled at how I was treated today. Each time I visit I spend $90.00 faithfully because I love their work. Well today you lost a long term customer as well as my respect as a business. If you dont care about rude, disrespectful women this is your place. Very Rude and will damage your nails. They really need to work on better customer service. They also don’t understand proper nail care, they will pop your acrylic nail off and not care if it hurts you or not. You can not just pop off a nail without soaking it! Do not go here!

Two different females suggested I try this place & gave a referral for Kim. I didn’t get my nails done bc the wait was too long & most importantly their customer service is dry! This place will never ever get my money...I don’t care how good “Kim” is!!!! They need to work on their customer service skills, it’s nonexistent!!!! I tapped on star bc I HAD to, however, they deserve 0!!!!

I walked in one day to get acrylics. She literally took 10 minutes to do my nails. No prep, cuticles everywhere, and don’t get me started on my pedicure. She literally was watching TV while painting my toes. Don’t go here.

Kim has just lost a customer, when you come in and request her but she allows you to wait 20 minutes and lie to you about someone being there before you and she has to start on them first..... please believe its a problem. I thought this was an Amazing place, however, Kim dont ever have to see another dime from me. My time is more important than money, PERIOD!!!

First time going and Services just didnt meet my expectations..Customer services was very dry and unenthused.. My pedicure didnt look unprofessional to me.. I honestly couldve did a better job myself personally.. Overall Job was very mediocre.

Very rude went to do my nails ask for black and rose gold in my pinky she laughed and tell me was out a season I say because I want do black she still tell black don’t look good nobody is wearing black now. I say is ok then do lite pink and rose gold she still suggest just rose gold so I say ok that’s fine. They look ok but it wasn’t what I what you still have to pay and say their ok because if not the get mad. The quality on the job is good that’s why I like to go there. Well I went to pick it my 3 girls because was slow day and want to do their nails we’re having a weeding this weekend. A soon they told them what they want they star laughing like were to dumb just because my daughter ask for a black nails with a lil white heart draw on one of her fingers nothing complicated so we end leaving because of the attitude no because they say they don’t do design. Is the way they treat you. Please try to make the costumer happy doing what they ask you no what you want. And find the correct why to say what you can’t don’t do it making feel like people is stupid for asking for something very simply. If you don’t want to send the time doing it is difficult. We and leaving they lost business for 3 people because their attitude. Not good.

This is the only place I go to in Birmingham! Love them! The only complaint I have is the wait time can sometimes be a little excessive but its worth it!

Terrible terrible terrible smh idk where to start.. First of all I arrived here at 1:45 p.m. There were only 3 ppl ahead of me and Im just now getting done with my services at 3:45 p.m....Second I told the nail tech, Cam, that I wanted a medium to long length nail my nails are short....Then when I told her one of my nails were crooked she got smart and tried to hand me the file and say Well you show me how to file nail because I dont see crooked nail....Lord humble my tongue so I can be done in here....I also found out at the last minute they dont do designs period... smh tell me why I still had to pay $65....I dont recommend anyone to come here and Im never coming back again

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The WORST pedicure I have EVER had. For starters when the nail tech was clipping my cuticles she was digging into my skin. She kept digging claiming it was an ingrown toenail, but I had it removed by a DR so I dont think there is one. She was digging so much she made me bleed and I had to ask her to stop 3 times!! I was in a lot of pain and she didnt seem to care. Ridiculous. Also, they have a tv in there. The nail tech was watching tv the entire time. She wasnt even looking at my toes to paint them. The polish almost dripped on my foot multiple times. I came on my lunch break, so I was sort of in a time crunch. She took so long because she was watching tv more than she was looking at my feet. If you want a nice, relaxing pedicure and to be treated like a paying customer DO NOT waste your money or time here!
