Depends on who does them. I come very rarely for regular polish mani/pedi. these days. First time this year in fact. The charge is currently $45 for both. I dont know about the other services because I have never used them. There is a mask policy, but I always thought one was needed even before Covid. Have you ever smelled the fumes coming from the nail shops??

Went in for the first time in many many years, walked in, no greeting. Sat down for a good 10-15 minutes and still no one acknowledges me. One lady came after me, waited for awhile and then left. I needed my nails done and had nothing to do but wait. A lady was doing nails, looked up and then kept doing her work, no greeting at all A man came asked what I needed took a smoke break came in got a very unsatisfactory manicure and left. The reason these people are still in business is because we keep going to them. Wont go back ever. Horrible customer service.

So I’m very disappointed with my nails! I got dip for the 2nd time I told the technician what I needed done and she did not listen to anything I told her (2/15) I wanted a nail color change and acrylic with dip powder normally this is what I get each time I visit any nail salon well I was in town and decided to give them a try well that was a mistake, when I went I had to tell the lady to shape up my nails because they were uneven that’s not my job that’s hers. I came back two days later with chipped nails all over the guy said he couldn’t fix the chip nails but he could fix the one that was broken I was very upset but didn’t let that affect how I cane off, I asked him to fix it he fixed some but when he did he put a different color nail dip on three of my fingers I will not go back a waste of time please go elsewhere if you want quality.

Jacqueline and Kevin were very kind. I am on vacation and I needed a pedicure bad. The location could use remodeling, but they have very nice massaging chairs. I would certainly come back.

I was the first to arrive and was sent to the rookie. She completely messed up my whole set. I had to get the guy to go over my set. He did good but i feel like if they know she Is not good they shouldnt have her working in the shop.

I’ve loved this place ever since I was a kid...😭they are so kind to me and always make time to see me. When I go in it doesn’t take that long and there’s not really a wait time. Anybody who is saying that they are acting rude or looking at u like y’all were crazy...they weren’t. Trust me as there family friend...I know that they look at everyone like that. They don’t there being rude and too be honest y’all probably took it the wrong..much love for Kevin and his family💗

They are VERY rude!!!! I went in to ask a SIMPLE question, and was treated as an OUTSIDER, like I was TRASH. I needed change for a large bill, and asked if they sold nail polish. A man in there asked, “what type of nail polish?” while looking at me like he was disturbed I asked a question. I said, “white,” he said, “no we don’t sell that,” I said, “well any polish,” he said, “no we don’t sell anything” And his eyes widened as if I needed to exit the building. I am so glad I did not decide to get my nails done there like I used to. Their service used to be GREAT, and I don’t know what happened, but I will let everybody know just how horrible their customer service skills were. I am just floored and no other employee said anything. He could have simply told me they didn’t sell polish. A lot of salons usually do, and I would have been understanding if they didn’t. However his tone of voice and body language was so ugly, It doesn’t make sense. This review cannot even reflect how they have treated me. All of this just happened less than 10 min ago, and it was THAT important to me to make this review public. So if you want exceptional customer service, please don’t spend your money here.

My favorite place for a great relaxing pedicure. They are very nice. Been going there for almost ten years. Very friendly.

Wasnt very crowded, was able to get a chair for pedicure right away. The ladies talked with my daughter, they talked about movies. One lady wished me a happy birthday when she found out. The pedicure was ok, feet wasnt as smooth as Id like especially for the price and extras they charged.

I was very pleased with the workers and the nails. Amazing quality. 10/10 would recommend going here.

These people are very unprofessional. They made us wait for them to finish with other costumers who were getting full mani pedi for a simple 5 minute eyebrow wax. The girl in front of us felt bad for us and told them to let us go before her and the workers began to speak in their native language and all of a sudden the woman couldn’t do eyebrows anymore. They were very rude to speak negatively about us and have us wait when they knew they wouldn’t perform the service. I will never visit this place again and I am writing this review to save others from the same experience. Worst experience ever.

Every time I get my nails done here they lift within a week. They are always short staffed so you wait forever (currently sitting in the chair writing this review during a 45 minute wait to just get my nails removed) and they are extremely rude they don’t speak when you come in. They only speak when it’s prices involved. I really hate this salon save your time and money!!

I love Top Ten Nails. I have been coming to this shop since I was in high school. I love Kevin his wife and the staff. They are the best. I love them even more since they arc eyebrows. :-)

I have been twice. I was desperate the second time, lol. I was in a hurry and had absolutely no time to go to a place I liked. I was not pleased w/ the color selection or the techniques used my either nail tech. I won’t be back.

Fast service because they have very limited clients, yea the nails comes cute but when your acrylic is a cheap brand it do not last long, to make matters worse I went again after leaving the hair shop two days later one of my nails came off so therefore it is the glue too

I have been coming to the owner, Kim and Kevin for 15 years. They really take care of people, and love what they do!

I really enjoyed our experience. We came in at 7:30pm and they close at 8pm. We needed 4 full sets, 1 mani pedi, & 1 pedi. 6 people in all. We was welcomed in and the service we received was amazing. As soon as we reached, they started working on the girls. By 8:40 everyone was finished. We did not feel rushed and the quality of the work was great. We Atlanta girls approve. Thank you

They were nice, but my gel started chipping the next day. It could have been the paint or the technique used, but my gel manis typically last 2-3 weeks so I wasnt happy about that.

Staff rude they skipped me twice I sat in there 2 hrs before being seen they thought it was funny. They rather take cig breaks than treat customers first will not be going back.

I got a pedi, turned out great, and only $20, however the guy doing nails got quite rude with a customer, it was very unprofessional. But for good results for cheap price, I guess I can ignore.

Really wish they had negative stars.. my nails were just done and one broke they want to charge me for the nail he says is my fault. Will NEVER go back

My pedicure was heavenly.

I have never had gel nails that peel completely off in less than a week. Usually they prep your nail before, that wasnt done. Will not be going back.

Poor service 3days after getting a fill in all my nails are coming up and the only excuse is that my nails are long my nails are medium length and if your a professional long nails shouldn’t be a issue it has never been an issue anywhere else I have been!
