First time visiting. I did not have an appointment & was told it would not be a long wait. Jasmine was able to take care of my needs within twenty minutes of me arriving. The staff is very professional. I will be returning!

Visiting the city and wanted my brows tinted and threaded. Jasmine did a great job and I asked for lashes. I will be going whenever I visit the city.🥰🥰🥰Update😕: Visited the city again and didnt receive Jasmine this time. I wanted to get the same service but the woman tried to charge me an extra $20. I will call in advance to make sure Jasmine is in because no maam 😒

I got my eyebrows threaded and they are perfect. I’m very happy with them. The young woman that did them was quick and did an amazing job.

Threading was a 5/5 and tinting was a 3/5. Will be back but not for the tint. Great staff and all are recommendable as of June 2021.

There were two ladies working. One was super sweet but the one I got was extremely rude and did not do any quality work. She left my eyebrows super thin. I have been working on getting my eyebrows as thick as possible for the past few years and she ruined it in a matter of 5 minutes. Not only that but she didn’t sanitize her hands. Normally I’m not the type to complain but unless you want your eyebrows to disappear then don’t come here!

I will NEVER go back for a Brazilian wax ever!!! I just went tonight & got home to find hair in so many different spots that she did not remove! I had to go buy my own at home waxing kit just to get the rest of it myself. If I pay 35$ I expect it all off not half way! Absolutely ridiculous.

The 1st I came to get my eyebrows threading they did a wonderful job. When I came back today, I ask for my eyebrows to be thick and nicely shape. The lady thread them very thin and my left eyebrow is up more then the right. Only thing I wanted was a nice clean up and shape. This will be my last time coming.

They were rude the last time I went. They told me that they were going to charge me more if I let my eyebrows grow at again. I’m always busy and not able to go every 2 weeks to get my brows threaded.

I have been going here for about a year. They do a decent job. However, the ladies do not have the best attitudes. I was new to the area and was just driving down the road and saw their shop. This is how I began coming to them. They always seem extremely busy so the ladies are very rushed. Literally as soon as you finish they are pushing you out of the chair for the next client. I only like to get my brows done, but they are always rude/pushy about offering to thread my upper lip. The hairs are very fine and blonde and have never been a problem for me. The final straw was after I told her multiple times that the only service I needed was for my brows. She responds rudely, Well, you need to get that off. While pointing to my upper lip. After a long, stressful day of work the last thing I needed was to be rudely spoken to.

This was my first and my last time visiting any location!When the lady was applying my lashes, she mistakenly squeezed my eyelid when she was squeezing the falsies together with my real eyelashes. It did hurt a little bit but I figured that it would eventually go away. However, it did not... and its been 5 days. My right eyelid became tender to touch, so I started investigating to see what was wrong. I then realized there was a small cut on my eyelid from her mistakenly squeezing down on my eyelid during the application with the tweezers. I was upset about that, but figured Id wait a few more days and if it didnt get better, to just go ahead and take the falsies off.Because my eyelid was tender to touch, I was looking all around my eye just to make sure that there was not an infection starting or something else going on. I looked on the bottom of my eyelashes and I was completely floored!There were huge clumps of black glue.. just clumps and clumps of glue. I immediately begin to rub petroleum jelly on my lashes to get them off. I then realized that the lashes were very hard... like strips of paper hard. They were not soft and silky like real eyelashes. So I had to rub petroleum jelly all over my eyes just to loosen the lashes up.Yes, this business is cheap and they get you out quick but the quality of service and products is terrible. I knew something was not right when a friend of mine told me that it took about an hour for her lashes to be applied - but then I get here and Im out in 15 minutes. I asked to look under her eyelashes, no glue. It looks just like the lashes are her own. I dont know what kind of business these people are running here.I went here because I did not want to spend $100+ on falsies -- but I will never go here again! You get what you pay for. They did good on my eyebrow threading but Im not going back period.If you want to keep your original lashes, do not go here. If you dont have lashes or dont care about your real lashes.. have at it!

I normally wouldnt consider going into a threading salon to get waxed, but after the girl at the nail shop refused to wax me because I said I did not think she did a good job on my pedicure, the nail tech told me to go to Jasmine Arch. I needed a lip wax pretty badly, so I gave them a try.They were so nice! So welcoming! And only $5 for my lip wax! She did a great job and was fast and friendly!

Great customer service every visit. They make my experience so personal, catered to my preferences. Every employee makes you feel welcomed. There is never a long wait. They are fantastic in all areas, eyebrows, waxing, eye lashes and more. Definitely my to go to place and went go any where else

I love Jasmine but today someone who hasnt arched my eyebrows before did them and I dont really like it. Oh well now I have to wait 3 weeks until they grow out. I will go there again I just wont get the same person .

UPDATED REVIEW: Eyebrows good but lashes NO...I’m looking for a new lash lady now because once you start rushing me because you have another older customer waiting is unacceptable I’m paying just like everyone else is...so might as well find new shop to go to. I drive too far and always wait until Thursday or Friday when she’s there to go to be rushed and I’m not going back for a fix because this was unacceptable especially when she’s the only one in the shop I let do my brows and lashes...Also she tried to get out of doing my brows saying “ they look fine” when they wasn’t..all because you had another known customer waiting. I been coming to her for years as well but yesterday was my last time. Thanks but no thanks!

Went in there today to get my eyebrows threaded and was waiting patiently to get them done and one employee had said to wait one second and the other employee would do my eyebrows. It was not a problem, as I thought that maybe she was going to lunch or something. She told me to take a seat in the chair and she would get me. She took her time walking around and such then another customer came in and she put her in a chair and did her eyebrows. The employee continued to apologize which she knew she was wrong for doing that. She kept asking the other employee if she was almost done so she could get me. I was in the business about 5-10 minutes before this new customer popped in to get her eyebrows done. Needless to say, I am going to stick to the threading place on Lakeshore from now on. Bad business!

I have never been so upset at a place for threading my eyebrows. This was my first experience going to Jasmin Arch and I can say with confidence I will never go again. The woman who threaded my eyebrows didnt ask me any questions about how I wanted them threaded and I assumed that was because I had them filled in and simply wanted them to be cleaned up to the way they were filled in. Oh was I wrong. The woman wont talk to me the whole time to tell me how she wants me to place my hands to pull my skin to make it easier then she begins taking out large sections of my brow making it thinner and thinner. Eventually she finishes mangeling my brows which I might add was the most painful eyebrow treatment I have ever had because the woman drew it out for almost 10 minutes tearing small sections of brow each time. She finishes by slathering my entire forehead and eye area with disgusting smelling lotion and messing up all of my eye and brow makeup leaving me looking a huge mess.

My wife says that they are efficient, personally I think they are fairly fast when ive been with her.

$10 for eyebrows. In and out in under 5 min. All you had to do was say clean em up and they took it from there. Ill definitely be going back.

Back in the day Jasmine was really great but now they have nasty attitudes and they do half ass jobs I came in for a Brazilian wax the lady took her time coming to take me to the back then she was breathing hard I guess because she was pissed off because she was at work and then she tore to much of my hair and it started tearing into my SKIN!!!!! I had been coming here for years but this will be my last visit

Today was my first and last time visiting Jasmin Arch. I went to to the location in Trussville to do my eyebrows. When the lady was done she hands me the mirror and my eyebrows looked completely different. One was pointy and the other one was round. I pointed it out to her and she said they looked the same. I had to go straight to Sephora for an eyebrow pencil to hopefully be able to fix this big mistake. Never again.

Good experience every time Ive been except once when I let someone new thread my eyebrows. Despite that experience this is the best place because they usually do a good job on everyone.
