I’m 66, and have been getting face/body waxes for many years. Abbey was nice- she just has to follow rules of management/owner. (She did not state this). She was not able to apply a cream/serum for my stinging, itching face- full face wax. Said they don’t do that but will sell it. Brows looked good, but again, trying to sell products. I think my tip was very fair.Addendum: it really was a good wax. Abbey deserves to be commended. I will likely return. Changed my rating to 4.

10/10 experience on my first time wax! Keshia was absolutely amazing! I was looking at reviews prior to my first visit and saw her name in a comment from 2020 and wondered if she still worked there. So I called the wax place to schedule my appt. and asked if she still worked there and she does! Thank God she does, because she made it as condo as it could’ve been. And I was scared to death because it was my first time and I walked out thinking, “Wow, I was worried for no reason!” Maybe I have a high pain tolerance, but it really didn’t hurt bad at all. Seriously, it only stung maybe 5 seconds afterwards and then it was good. Again 10/10 experience and I will be going back in 4 weeks!

I went to EWC for the first time yesterday, and had the best experience! Dara is so amazing and made me feel super comfortable during the entire session. I was so surprised at how fast and easy the whole process was. I will definitely be coming back regularly. Thank you, Dara!!

Ashley was very thorough. Explained each step of the process and what to expect after my wax. Also provided detailed aftercare instructions and asked questions about my usual skin care routine to ensure there would be no problems with me using the suggested products. I HIGHLY recommend Ashley and EWC.

I just got done getting my eyebrows waxed by Dara, and may I say she did a wonderful job!! My eyebrows have never looked better! I hadn’t had my eyebrows done in a long time, so you can only imagine how they looked lol and she did an amazing job at cleaning them up and reshaping them! I hadnt been waxed in over a year and have newly arrived in AL, so I was especially nervous getting a Brazilian in a EWC I had never been to (though I have been a loyal fan of EWC for 5+ years).
