The road work on 3940 Crosshaven DrBirmingham, AL 35243United States on 8/6/21 around the time 8:00 A.M. One of the female employees shouted some profanity at me after I asked “where are the signs?” After blocking the complete road!

Totally inconsiderate of neighboring businesses while they work. They have covered mine and my coworkers cars in red dust DAILY. Constantly parking in our very limited parking spaces. This morning a dump truck blocked off half of our parking lot and when I gestured for him to move he just looked the other way and laughed.

Awesome people to work with! When I was looking for a job after almost 26 years with my previous employer. They offered me my current job there. Everyone will go out of there way to help you. They believe in customer satisfaction and dependable delivery for all their customers.Mr. Tortorigi is always willing to jump in and help in any way. Tortorigi is one that of the most awful companies I have ever done business with. They tell you one thing on the phone to get you to take a load for them and go back on their word after you have loaded it. I was told to stay and load reels of wire in in Heflin al after I had already been there for two hours waiting. My dispatcher was told by Mary whatever my fee was it would be covered to please stay. Make a long story short I was there for a total of 6 hrs loaded secured and unloaded twice . My dispatcher had previously let them know my fee for the reload was 100 dollars. My fee for the extra weight was 100 dollars as well as my fee for detention was 50 dollars per hour for anything after being detained 2 hours. They agreed. After everything was said and done they only told me I would receive 100 dollars extra on my rate. I threatened to take load back and was awarded a total of three hundred dollars extra which is still 100 less than we agreed upon. I will never do business with this company again. Most piss poor brokerage I have ever dealt with

One of their drivers exited from interstate 65 south onto interstate 59 north from a lane that wasn’t the exit lane. He almost caused a multiple vehicle wreck because of his very dangerous driving. The voicemail for the company is full so no complaint could be left with them.

Almost fired after refusing to drive 24 hrs straight with no sleep. Which is against cdl regulations! Went ahead and quit so no termination would be on my record but honestly should have took the termination and sewed them! They are also very unorganized in their office. Horrible compamy to work for. I hate i wasted that little bit of time with them. If your a driver and considering taking a job with them know your taking it at your own risk because they sont care about their drivers.

I am disappointed. I had a death in my family and dispatch (Christy) would get me home. Theyre not a good company to work for.

Tortorigi did a great job moving our equipment, great customer service

My husbands windshield was cracked by a rock that bounced off one of their flatbed trucks when one of their drivers drove over a bridge, and they wont make things right by paying for a new windshield. I think thats really crappy and bad business.
