Summary - don’t do businesses with this company if you want your clients delivery delivered on time and with professional service.The absolute worst delivery service I have ever had to deal with. They are so unprofessional from their initial contact, to phone “support”, to their attempted delivery. They can’t seem to manage their delivery drivers and when the deliver packages. This didn’t happen just once. It has happened 2x in the past month with both deliveries via this vendor.To anyone looking to ship via MAF, know that your customers will be mad at you for picking this incompetent delivery company.

Horrible service. A girl called to set up a delivery window and failed to inform me that I could get a 30 minute lead time courtesy call from the driver. So I ended up stuck at my house for over 6 hours. The delivery window was for 4 hours and they didnt even make that happen or call me to let me know they wouldnt make that window. I am very busy and they wasted half of my day. And to top it all off, my delivery looks like it has been through a shredder. Four boxes arrived. Holes punched out in one with the side coming off. One with a huge chunk of the corner of the box completely missing. One with the corner crushed in. Gee, I cant wait to open it and see how damaged my furniture is.
