Wonderful staff and great service. I have been a customer for over 8 years, receiving as well as shipping packages. Scott and his team have consistently been prompt, efficient, and consistent delivering the highest level of kindness, quality and service across the entire time. Thank you, Scott! I dont know how you manage to maintain such a great team, but its a wonderful experience.

This location is one approved to take your fingerprints for background checks for employment for childcare, teaching, home health, etc.... their employees are so helpful even with those who are not tech savvy with the new system. Please send them your business.

I use Amazon prime wardrobe and this is a super convenient location. Just bring your returns in and they do everything. Had to return an AV receiver and they packed it and shipped it even though I did not have any box. All for less than $14. I was very impressed.

I understand mistakes happen, but one would have expected UPS Store 0255’s management to assist me, or make things right. Very, very poor customer service from the owner/manager, Scott. Unfortunately, this completely overshadows the helpful employees working there. I am still hoping they will make things right.After having a claim denied for a damaged product shipped from this store, the owner, Scott, took my call, but hung up on me while I was explaining my situation. I was put back on the line with an employee who told me “he had to leave for the day” and that I should expect a call back from him later that evening. Over a month later, I’m still waiting on that call.While I have received good customer service from certain employees, I cannot recommend this UPS store due to the poor service and unprofessional ownership/management. After being informed I was receiving a check to reimburse me for damage during shipping, I was told I could ‘dispose of’ the damaged product. A week later, I’m called and told the opposite- that I will not be receiving a check, and that the claim was in fact denied. Now, I am out the money, the cost of shipping ($50+), and the product. I did a lot of shipping using UPS, through work and my own instrument sale and repair. Unfortunately, this is the kind of service that loses a company its customers.

I was there recently and I felt very unwelcomed from the beginning and was under the impression that I was a burden. No hello, no interest once I walked in, then when I needed help I felt like the person would rather be doing something else. The first and last time I go to this location!

I have used UPS 280 for 3-4 years and they do a great job of helping me print and ship the otherwise difficult things for my small business. Scott and his staff have always been very helpful!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My granddaughter and I carried in 2 boxes needing to be shipped. There were 3 employees there. One was getting a box ready to ship. One was helping another customer. One had her back to us while she worked on her computer. I dont mind waiting my turn, but I stood there for a full 5 minutes in full view of each employee. Not one made eye contact or spoke to me. I told my granddaughter to take her package and follow me to the door.Dont give this place your business. They are rude and they just dont care about their customers!!Go down Hwy 280 to Lee Branch. The UPS store their only had 2 employees and they were accommodating to all the customers they served.
