This freight company needs to be put out of business. I ordered some fireworks online and they were the company transporting them. I never got a call to setup delivery so I called about my shipment and they told me it was lost and couldn’t find it. But we all know what happened which was either the driver stole my fireworks or someone on their dock stole them. What a coincidence because the Fourth of July is only two days away and one of their workers are gonna enjoy something off of someone else’s money. What a crooked company.
Very poor service. Shipment left TX Jan 26th and as of Feb 8th no delivery to Alabama. No explanation just sorry. Anthony Baker terminal manager supposed to call to explain and help with resolution but never has. Sorry management and staff all the way around. We have instructed our multiple locations to not use this company in the future. Beware!

Absolutely horrible. Lost my shipment. Never contacted me. I contact them twice. Second time they declare it lost after 10 days of no movement, which is what I called about the first time! Tell me they cant do anything but look for it, their procedure is not to contact anyone on a lost shipment, if they do find it they will not expedite it not matter how late or how long it has been lost. Customer service person was an unhelpful robot. Continually spoke over me. Do not ever use this company. I know I wont.
