My experience with Secure Data Recovery was outstanding. I had an iPhone that was crushed by a car backing over it. I took it to two local phone repair shops to try and get the data off of it, since it had not been backed up recently. Both said that there was nothing that they could do. Secure Data is an absolutely fantastic company. My hard drive crashed and I was terrified I was going to lose years of my work and sentimental photos. I sent them my crashed drive and they were able to inform me that it was a hardware issue. Not only were they able to repair the hard drive but they also managed to save most of my data! Unfortunately the total cost came to roughly $1,500 on the low end, but that is where Scott stepped in. Scott had been working on my case from the git-go and had been keeping me up to date on all the progress being made. He was able to get my cost down to $600 for everything! I thought I was diligent with my backups. One off site and one local. However, as my drive started to fail my local backups were corrupted. My my offsite backups were too far out of date. As a result, I faced the loss of practically every picture and video of my son, as well as tons of other pictures and files.On a drive containing 70k+ files and folders only a few dozen were unrecoverable. The result is, I got back almost everything I had.Jake was able to answer all of my questions as the start of the process as well as kept me informed at every step along the way.
