Horrible, my mom used to work there and they treated then like slaves. You could only wear 1 outfit there even tho most of the time at call center your calling! And sometimes when my mom tried to talk to someone when they get done with calls, they would say SMILE AND DIAL, SMILE AND DIAL and dial. Wouldnt recommend to go work there at all.
