Ivan was very detailed and weve now had all of our tile floors refurbished two years ago and now had our shower and tub refurbished and looks like new. His communication was very specific and his follow up once completed was as well.

So I had my new tiled shower grout color sealed and caulked by Ivan in Feb 2020. I contacted him in Feb 2021 and told him the color sealant stuff he put on was coming off and mildew was now a issue when it was not before. When I finally got a hold of him he told me he would be out the following monday. Something came up and I texted him letting him know I needed to reschedule and no reply to the text and he did not show that monday, so I assumed he didnt come because he got my text. So I then called several times and left voice mails. Still no response. So I emailed him twice and still no response. Its really frustrating having paid 500 dollars and told I had a LIFE TIME WARRANTY an yet Ivan wont honor his own warranty. I thought I was doing a good thing having my new shower forever sealed. I was wrong.Response- The fact that you felt the need to gaslight me and try to make the situation look like I was the issue and not your failure to honor your warranty and work, is sad. You and I both know I did not call you out on minor issues. The issues were legitimate and had to do with your product and how your work came out. You didnt hear from me until I sent pictures and told you the colored sealer was actually peeling off and I started getting mildew where its peeled off. That was a year from the original work.. Maybe you should have answered why you never replied to my texts and emails and calls and apologized and I could have felt like I could contact you, but the way you took no responsibility for the way you treated a customer doesnt leave me feeling like I can call you to have have you come and fix it.. Also I NEVER canceled on you other than the Monday I stated. Life happens...people have to reschedule. I know I even apologized for having to reschedule but I also gave you like 4 or 5 days notice. Why was it such a big deal to reschedule it? You act like it was my fault its peeling. I have read other reviews I know im not the only one this has happened to.

I called Grout Superior to assess two of my shower that were is bad need of repair. I actually thought I was going to have to completely rework one of the two shower as it had to much lime buildup and cracking. Ivan came by to assess and determined that replacement was not required. I had two other companies say that it needed replacement. In a very timely manner Ivan setup the repairs and was extremely professional in getting the work completed. It is the difference between night and day. My showers look better than new.I am amazed at both the Great job and Great Price. I highly recommend this company.

Remarkable experience with Grout Superior! After quite a number of years, having unsuccessfully been unable to clean and maintain my old white ceramic tile shower, I had almost decided to tear it out and put in a new one. The ever present mold and mildew was disgusting. I received last week in the mail a copy of Birminghams Own Magazine containing an ad for grout cleaning. I called for my free estimate, even though I didnt think nothing would ever clean that nasty tile. Well, let me tell you, Ivan and his crew has just left, leaving me with a sparkling tile shower that looks as good as the day it was installed nearly twenty years ago. We recently bought a house in SOUTHLAKE Cove and spent money remodeling the kitchen with new quartz countertops new backsplash etc.and we liked the floor but the grout was in terrible shape. I have used Grout Superior on two different occasions now (two houses). Just recently 4 tiled rooms. They can take the dirtiest looking grout on subway tiled floor and make it look new with their process. I would highly recommend. I really think they have mastered their niche and doubt there is another group quite like them in the Central / North Alabama area.

We recently bought a 1955 house with the original bathroom tiles in good shape but the grout was really dirty. After reading the other reviews, we decided that the cleaning, grout repair and sealing may be just what we needed to restore the 60 year old tiles. Goal achieved. The bathroom looks pristine. I was very impressed with the workers who did such an excellent job. Ivan Ardan, the owner of Grout Superior, should be proud of having such a good company.

All I can say is WOW! Our house is on the market and we continually had people complaining about the grout in the kitchen. Over years of living, it had become significantly darker in the high traffic areas. Despite my best attempts to clean it (on hands and knees with a brush) I couldnt improve it at all. Ivan and his guys were able to COMPLETELY change the color of the grout (it had been dark brown, it is now a medium gray) and make the entire floor look uniform. It honestly looks brand new. They also did a shower for us - and again, amazing. Ivan was extremely professional, his crew was great. I called on Monday, the work was done on Tuesday. Couldnt be happier.

VERY happy customer! From the start, Ivan came in, walked the house with us, told us what they could do and even what they do NOT do, and most of all....he did not try to over-sale us! Very genuine, up front, and knowledgeable about his products and applications. From there, the crew came in right on time exactly when they said they would, set up, worked hard, and got the job done with minimal (if any) distraction to us (I work at home and did not even hear them downstairs). The crew was extremely professional....and ready to answer any questions as well. Once done, the crew cleaned up as if they had never been there at all. Ivan returned to do a walk through with us, explain care and cleaning, and make sure we were satisfied. He even went as far as cleaning our stainless fridge because his crew had got a couple of fingerprints on it while moving it to make sure they covered everywhere! In the end, we are very happy with the work as well as the price for the work. We told Ivan to expect a call soon to have him back out for the upstairs! haha

Called to get an estimate on Friday and Ivan came back the next morning and cleaned and repaired my shower and bathroom floor. It looks brand new and so clean! Highly recommend this energetic owner. He does exactly what he says he will do!

Grout Superior is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! They restored my grout in my bathroom and shower and sealed it about a year ago and it is whiter than snow still! No cleaning! No Mildew! No Mold! Thanks Grout Superior!

I continued to remind the husband how much I wanted the grout cleaned and sealed. When I found this company and they showed me the demo, I was sold. Not only did they color and seal the grout to match perfectly with our tile in both the bathrooms and kitchen, they were able to fill hairline cracks in the tile and grout all over our kitchen. The husband honestly wasnt excited to do that himself, or begin to know how he was going to make the grout look right. We could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend.
