I had gifted myself a deep clean of my home for my birthday - and it was a wonderful gift! The team was prompt, efficient, and professional. They were so detail oriented - even folded the ends of the toilet paper and paper towels to a point - like Monica from Friends (haha!). I had hoped for that feeling from commercials were you see the sparkle when you walk in a clean room and you hear the *chime*, and I got it. They really worked as a team; I heard one of the gals ask how to do something, and another gal gave her a suggestion and even checked back to see if it worked. Very detail oriented.They were also mindful of my working from home and my dog.My place was cleaner than I even expected. Every detail about this service was exceptional. I have lived in my apartment for six years and let a few things get away from me when cleaning. Ive never had someone clean my home before, so was a little nervous about the experience but I was immediately set at ease with the customer service at the office and the Maids who came to my home.Every inch of my home was clean and I could tell they took their time with the most troublesome spots. Within seconds of opening the door, The Maids were off to work, making the absolute best use of their time. They were very friendly and went above and beyond. I was very impressed and cant wait to book another cleaning!

They know my pets and watch out for them. They have cleaned my carpets and my refrigerator too, as extra requests. Kathy is always very responsive to my needs.Great service!

My team is great! They are flexible to my schedule and the team has been pretty consistent over the years. Because of that they have had a glimpse into the ups/downs of our family and have always demonstrated a kindness that I so appreciate. And yes! The house gets clean and spotless.

The only value this place gave me was knowing the value of my Ring camera. The maids came into my house stayed for 2 hours, charged $378 and stood around manipulating my thermostat. There were four people that came in, two that actually cleaned, one that stood and made sure the mop in her hand was upright and another that walked around with a vacuum strapped to her back for the entire time (nice hairdo by the way Pam).The beauty of it was after they cleaned, they left a note that they mopped three times when I watched them mop half the floor at best. All I can say is if you deal with this farce of a company, make sure you are aware of what you are getting into.

We are pleased with the cleaning the Maids have provided for us. They are friendly and complimentary. The past couple visits we have had a couple different teams and would like to have our original team back. It is nice to have the same team you know and they know your likes and dislikes. Overall we are satisfied with the Maids work they provide us.

Team two is a blessing to me and my home. They are so thorough and detailed! They are kind and attentive and I really enjoy having them in my house. Believe me when I say that with two college kids, a high school and a elementary school kids, the house is usually quite messy. But they go about their business without complaining. I have used The Maids for almost 3 years. They work very hard and I greatly appreciate the job they do. I am quite particular (no, not me . . .) and on 99% of their visits everything is done perfectly. Ive used The Maids at two different houses and have been with them for 10 years. Team 1 led by Tammy is my team of choice! They always do a good job and listen to special requests. I never worry about leaving if they are here because everything is done right and the house is secure when they leave. The Maids have been our home cleaning service for a number of years. They do an excellent job in making sure my house is cleaned to my liking and they are very dependable. The house is inspected by the Team Leader, Tammy, before they leave and if something is accidentally missed, they go back and correct it before they leave. I dont know what we would do without them. My wife and I are aging, and many years ago found cleaning the house very difficult physically. Thus we engaged The Maids and that has been the best decision we ever made. While my wife prefers to keep certain tasks such making beds etc for herself the Maids do the heavy lifting. Particularly since our house has two levels. We love the Maids and can recommend them highly.

The Maids always come when expected. The work is very thorough and they are quick to correct any defect. The house smells clean and looks and feels clean when they leave. Team 5 has continually been consistent and the Team Leader is the best. Always friendly and courteous, I recommend the teamwork to all!

I have been using this company for over six years now. I took the day off yesterday to clean so that the team could stop cleaning around our huge stacks of junk. And, as a result, the team came today and the house looks great. And, I have to say this as well... This morning as I pulled off for work, I realized that I did not have my wedding ring on my finger, but I was running late for an appointment. I knew the team was coming to clean, but I have such a trust for the team that it did not even make me worried, and I was able to go on about my business without a concern about a valuable sitting out for everyone to see. And when I got home, it was placed nicely on my ring holder. What a blessing to have the secure feeling of having a great company taking care of our home.

I cant do without The Maids! My grandson has severe allergies; and after they clean, all of the annoying allergens and irritants are gone!! These ladies are professional, thorough, and can outdo anyone on cleaning. They clean in places, I didnt even know I had places! I would much rather pay them than pay a doctors bill if I dont have them clean!

I scheduled an initial deep cleaning with The Maids, and did not rebook after the first cleaning. Overpriced and cleaning is average. They sent 3 people to clean a 2 bedroom + den apartment and it took over 2 ½ hours. After the cleaning, they called to let me know that they had accidentally gone over by 25 minutes wanted to charge me almost $100 over my initial quote. Needless to say, I have found a great housekeeper who can do all the work, in the same amount of time for ⅓ of the price.

I hired the Maids to deep clean my home prior to my family moving in. It was very expensive and I paid extra to have windows cleaned. The dining room light fixture was not cleaned and needed dusting. None of the upstairs windows were cleaned and dust was still on the blinds. There was dust along the stair case as well. I will not hire them again to clean my house after spending so much money with them to have a job not complete.

I started using The Maids right before Christmas 2014.They came in and did a very thorough job from top to bottom and made my house spotless.I have started having them come in once a month to clean my house.Everything is always spotless and smells so clean. I have 2 dogs, so sometimesthat is not an easy feat. After they leave you would never know I even have dogs.My husband committed how nice it looks. I feel very comfortable with the cleaning crew and look forward to their next visit.I also feel the rate is reasonable for the job they do.

Not impressed at all. Poor customer service. Did not receive the services that were agreed upon. The team was unprofessional. I would not recommend using the Maids for a deep cleaning. Overpriced and the cleaning was average. The resolution I was given after speaking with customer service was an apology.
