I had issues with my dryer not dying on the first cycle so I called the GE repair service…get another opinion. After replacing both units with New and Improved models I still had similar issues. A friend recommended Chem Dry for dryer vent cleaning, worked like a champ so counting bought a new washer and dryer and the reasonable cost of having Chem Dry come out… it only cost me a little over $2600.00 to get my dryer vent cleaned… should have called Chem Dry first. The young man who came to clean was so nice. He was polite and respectful.The company needs to get a new vacuum. The guy had to use my vacuum because the one he had didn’t pick up anything. The chemicals/pet stain remover that were used left large white spots. I don’t know if the product was too harsh or if it was because the guy didn’t use it properly. I just know I have large spots where he used it. I’m so disappointed and don’t know what can be done to fix it.

This is a a great company. We have used Mountainview Chem Dry for years. One of my reasons for the years we have used their surface is when they are finished cleaning your carpet it is almost dry. And usually in a couple hours it is dry. They are very professional and friendly and have never been disappointed with the service they provide.We now live in a house with only one room with carpet. But we used them today to clean our sofa, loveseat and recliner. The two men who came wore their mask the whole time they were here. Came in and explained the 3 plan options they provided. Very courteous and professional.Covered area rug and floor around furniture. The furniture looked great when they were finished. They were very neat and made sure everything was put back as they found it. I highly recommend Mountainview Chem-Dry Carpet cleaning service to everyone.

Originally requested to have one room carpet cleaned for high traffic area and pet stains, but I asked if they could clean two chairs as well.Was showed 3 different price packages and chose to have sanitizer option due to the urine/Shout cleaning solution smell from carpet. Prices were only broken down by package.After completion the items were then broken down and saw the chairs werenot just cleaned, but also sanitized, but much cleaner in the seat and stains appear to be removed, but still dirty on foot rests @$90/chair which was a little surprising to find out was just as much as the carpet cleaning([email protected] areas of 80/area + $60(pet urine odor treatment))=$180 .I was told he focused on the high traffic area, but could only make it just better. The urine stains are still yellow, but could not be cleaned with anything he had on his truck. He mentioned that the sun coming in from the window had something to do with it as well...which I would believe it was due to heat being allowed from regular single glass panes, but not with my premium windows that prohibit that.Package also mentions Free 20oz can of Professional strength spot remover that I can only assume was used during the service because I was not provided any supplemental can

Great job. Technician was courteous and on time. Did a thorough cleaning. (I have 4 cats and havent done this in 2 years ... so a significant comment.) Carpet was mostly dry in 4 hours and completely dry within 9 hours of service. The upholstery was dry by early the next morning ... with me turning/reorienting the loose cushions during the approximate 9 hour period after service was completed.

I normally don’t write negative reviews, but the level of professionalism exhibited by the carpet tech was appalling! I had my carpet cleaned a couple of days again and the carpet tech left cleaning residue over all my furniture in all my rooms! The tech was very inexperienced and talked on his phone while working! There was cleaning residue left on my hard wood floors, and scuff marks left on my wall! Also, it took 24 hours before the carpet dried! I will never use this company again!

All in all we had a fantastic experience using this company. I was very pleased with how professional everyone was, especially when we had to reschedule the day before the job. They were very understanding and flexible, they were even able to show up a bit earlier than planned which worked out perfectly for us. Travis, who was on the job, catered to our situation all the way around and did a great job cleaning our carpets and upholstery thoroughly and with care. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, just like the rest of their staff. I recommend!

When a tree hit my home, and the floors were very wet from rain and storm, I knew my Persian rugs would have to be cleaned. Mountainview Chem-Dry gave my rugs excellent care and cleaning. I so appreciate how they picked them up, cleaned them, delivered them, and then, put them back on the (repaired) floors of my home. This company provides excellent, personal service.

Called about 5 carpet cleaning companies to get quotes. Had several pet urine stains. Got a wide range of answers and quotes to fix it. None of them had ever heard of the PERT system.MVCD came and cleaned my carpets and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Caleb was a professional that truly cared about getting my carpets cleaned and cared about my family. It was a little more expensive than other companies but after seeing the results of PERT first hand, they have a customer for life. Substantially less than getting new carpet. I’m convinced now that many other companies don’t clean or sanitize carpets; they just put water down and charge you for it. Give them a try and you will be extremely pleased with their service, professionalism, and the results. I couldn’t dream of calling anyone else now.
