Used this company for carpet cleaning. No complaints. Called again for service on floors and set up an appointment. There was a company requested two hour window to expect arrival. My appointment was 11:00. By 1:00 no one had showed and no one responded to my calls for ETA. At 2:00 I get a casual call from someone telling me they only do the service I requested on empty houses. I would think they would have informed me of this at my call and certainly before my time was wasted waiting for a no show. Very disappointed and will not use again. Called another company that showed the very next day on time and my floors look amazing!

Extremely friendly and professional. Explained the services to be performed and gave tips on how to spot clean for pet mishaps. I will recommend to others and would absolutely use again!

I was initially calling for a quote to schedule for the following week, but there was a cancellation for the day and they were able to come out the same day! Steampro did an amazing job. I called on Thursday and the came on Saturday. They arrived on time and were very professional. I had concerns about a few spots and they removed them easily. I recommend them to whoever need carpet cleaning and their prices are reasonable.

My experience with Steampro Carpet Cleaning was NOTHING short of amazing from beginning to end!! I spoke with Brandy on a Thursday and explained how I was a very busy mom with only a short time window while my toddler was gone for the weekend. My appointment was scheduled for the following Saturday afternoon between the hours of 12pm-4pm. They arrived at 12:08pm and completed by 12:58pm. Not only did they exceed my expectations in making ALL the carpet in my 1 bedroom apartment spotless, BUT I HAVE THE REST OF MY DAY TO ENJOY!!! I most definitely refer!!!

I called three days in advance to schedule an upholstery cleaning on 8 chairs. I told them upfront what kind of chairs they were, and I was assured that it would be no problem. I scheduled a window 3-5PM and had my wife take the time off of work to be there for this cleaning. On the day of, I was given a call 2 hours before and the technician asked if I could meet him early. I said yes but it would be 30 minutes so we could change our schedules and drive out there. He replied with, “ I’m sorry sir, if you can’t meet now, then we will have to reschedule you because we are already in the area and we need to go to Hoover.” I called customer service and she was all of a sudden concerned about the kind of fabric and later tells me that they just cannot clean my chairs. They should have told me this upfront!!!!...It looks like a few technicians just did not want to have to come back to my house to clean my chairs so they can take an early day. I will not be calling back or using their services.

I call steam pro at 7:45pm Tuesday to try to schedule a appointment for Wednesday the day before thanksgiving, first of all I didn’t think they were going answer cause it was to close to closing time and she look to see could see get me in and she told me upfront they were busy and if I would take a late appointment she could fit me in, my carpet is 17 years old and never been clean when I say they brought by carpet back from the dead it look like almost new carpet I’m saving there number in my phone now

Edward came and cleaned our carpets today and I must say he was awesome! We wanted our carpets done to get ready to move out and he was able to come the same day I called to get an appointment. I honestly thought my carpet stains were permanent. My dog has become incontinent recently, and I just wanted the smell gone. These 16 year old carpets look brand new!!! (And the smell is gone). And steam pro did an amazing job on my bathroom tile and grout - they look brand new also! My only regret is that I didnt get this done 5 years ago.
