Heavens Best lives up to its name. They were on time, professional, and very personable. The call was the beginning of an exceptional experience. Parker and Dylan were excellent. They let us know ahead of time what they would be doing. If you can request them do so. After completing the work the difference in the carpet was amazing. Shortly after leaving Ms Ann called to make sure we were pleased with the service and I could not thank her enough. The price was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

Very good experience from the staff - The carpets are cleaner, and the price was fair. The business website offered good information, and an easy capability to schedule an appointment.There was some confusion on arrival as there was an auto-generated on the way text sent about three hours prior to the actual arrival which caused some frustration, but that appeared to be an isolated incident.The technicians also conveyed the value of adding a Scotchgard treatment only to tell me that they didnt have the Scotchgard with them, and then later saying that they found it...I anticipate it may be of value.in the future.Overall, Id likely contact them again in the future for carpet cleaning needs.

Heavens Best cleaned every floor in the house we just bought. I am overwhelmed! The whole house smells good, and is ready to move into. The wood floors look amazing. They are in such bad condition that I never imagined they could look so nice and shiny. Other peoples carpet is disgusting to me. I would have replaced it if there had been time. I cant believe how clean it looks now. It is clean enough for the children and I to play in the floor. I feel the same about old tile grout. It looked nasty and germy, but no longer. Heavens Best actually saved us the cost of replacing floors right now. I can probably wait another year. I could not be more pleased.

Stephen let me know up front which rugs/carpet that he did not believe would clean well. Instead of just simply charging me and attempting to clean the carpet, he was honest and told me what I could expect. He even cleaned one rug, and when it did not come completely clean, he did not charge me for it. If you are looking to get your carpets/furniture/rugs cleaned, Stephen is the best. Additionally, he is a dog lover which is great since we have 3 large dogs in the house! He was very friendly with them. Most recently, I called them the day before a major move out of state with a request to make my home ready for the new owner. Upon completion of the cleaning? I scheduled an appointment with a dry carpet cleaner – arrived in the last seven (7) minutes of the arrival window. Set-up, started working (note – I did not say cleaning), and after many minutes, the two and a half rooms completed were soaked, and the dirty areas were still dirty. After washing the spot with brush and cleaner, seeing the difference, I asked him to leave.Called Heaven’s Best Carpet and Rug Cleaners. I had “prepped” the whole house for carpet cleaning (furniture up, lighting on, total vacuuming with specific edge cleaning). That same day, Heaven’s Best came, cleaned our bedroom carpet so we had a place to sleep, returned the next day and completed the entire job. Two (2) spots did not come completely out, but their cleaning process made a big difference in the carpet’s appearance. And the two (2) flights of stairs were spectacular.Use my learning curve; get the right company the first time; save yourself time, money and frustration.

A cat decided to use the restroom on my couch a while back, and the odor would not go away despite a few cleanings with an upholstery cleaner. Steve and a technician arrived exactly when they said they would and quickly diagnosed that cleaning the couch would make the problem worse. I appreciated their honesty instead simply cleaning the couch and leaving. You hope that most companies would do the same, but you never know.Update 8/25/16:I used several pet deodorizers on my couch, which made it smell better, but the couch was still stained and smelled a little bit still. As a last resort before giving it away, I decided to Heavens Best again. They arrived early (better for me), and Steve and his two technicians were just as nice as the first time. I had them clean my couch and chair ($129 special), and they did an incredible job. The couch was pretty badly stained from the various deodorizers I used, but they were able to remove them all. I highly recommend Steve and his team at Heavens Best and will definitely use them again when needed!
