I have been with Ronnie now for 15yrs or more. From day one he treated me like a client that had been 15yrs loyal to him as I am now. I was just 23 then and he, and his staff treated me with respect of an adult on equal footing. His staff has changed only once since then but retained the same customer service I experienced from day one. This tells me two things:1. Low turnover rate means a good work environment for his employees and that the staff will have good prior knowledge of me and my policies....relationships are built2. Any goals the company has, such as good customer service, continues unchangedI have never once had anyone there try to force sell me policies, which I appreciate. I was prompted to write this review when I havent before because I was looking up the phone number on google (dont have to call often) and the google reviews was right in front of me during my call...that helped.But combined with the fact that I called just to ask a question and left with yet another discount I didnt ask for, compelled me to go ahead and write this review.I found often that only the unsatisfied are motivated to write a review and those of us satisfied (majority) forget to take the time to do this. Ronnie and his staff deserve this. I can honestly say I feel they have my back. Great feeling...thanks Ronnie, Diane, and Isabel...you guys are the best.
