Terrible service....representatives can’t assume what their clients want. Do what is asked and if you don’t know, ask for clarification. On top of it all, “nothing I can do because we are regulated “ is not a response when it was the agencies fault. This is second time in two years that this agency has dropped the ball and cost a customer additional fees because of simple screw ups. Swapping to a new agent that has competent agents. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone. Run far away from Brent and his team!!!
