So our SUV gets a nice crack in the windshield from this moron who didnt properly remove debris when he picked up a dirty backhoe. As he is being video taped he tries to slam on his brakes to avoid the recording obviously knowing he was at fault. I gave them the benefit of a phone call and spoke to some guy who was supposed to be the manager as he didnt give his name. I explained what happened as he calls me a liar and beats around the bush saying it happens blah blah blah. I am sorry but my Mercedes now has a quarter size crack in the field of view because of your companies negligence. If anyone else experiences this, just get the DOT number and report them to MDOT ASAP as he is probably in violation of the law. I will also provide my video evidence if anyone in the future needs to press charges for other damages these people will surely cause.
