2100 miles away from home and 450 miles short of my destination, my check engine light came on. I called the Underriner service department to confirm they were open and spoke to Shaun. He told me to bring in my van. I arrived around 3 hoping my repair would be a quick one as it was Saturday, July 3rd and everything was going to be closed for the next 2 days for the holiday. It was not a quick repair. Once the problems were diagnosed, it was going to be an hour and a half or more to fix. It was only 20 minutes until closing time. Shaun and Mike (another tech stayed and helped too but I did not get his name) said they would stay and get me back on the road. I cannot thank them enough for their sacrifice. They went above and beyond what any customer could have expected. Thank you again!

Went and bought a new CR-V. Tyler was incredibly friendly, informed and not at all pushy at all. He was incredibly patient and nice to my kiddos who were with me! Once again a great experience all around! Doug in finance was also incredibly nice and he did an amazing job making sure everything with my deal was 100% complete and accurate and they had me out the door with my new car very quickly!!

My car sat in the service center for a month while they waited for a part they couldnt locate. I can understand a parts shortage. Why Im giving them a one star review is because Ive gotten nothing but, oh, it will be here in a couple of days or next week. And I have to call them repeatedly to hear this refrain. And Im sad to say this add my past experiences were good, if expensive. I wont be back for service or cat purchase.

Another customer and myself dropped our keys off in the overnight courtesy drop box, later on in the day I received a call from the service department notifying me that we had dropped our keys off in the wrong location, and that service on our vehicles would be delayed as a result. There was no sign indicating this was not the correct location to drop the keys, but I was told that they have had vehicles stolen in the past due to people dropping their keys off in this particular drop box. Please consider posting a sign next to the box warning customers that it is not the location to drop keys outside of regular business hours. This has obviously been an issue in the past, and shouldve been corrected after it happened the first time.

The staff and service at Underriner are terrific. Jesse Kinder, especially, is always helpful with the understanding of mechanical issues, and in making customers feel at ease!

This business doesnt deserve any stars. I worked there for 21 months and I was fired because I was in the hospital with a staph infection in my neck. I filed for unemployment and the state of Montana denied my claim. Underriner said I abandoned my job. They knew I was in the hospital and before I got out, they hired someone else to replace me. I never knew how much car dealerships rip customers off in the sales department as well as the service department. So I have no respect at all for Underriner Motors. I definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Plus I wouldnt recommend anyone to apply there for a job.

Ali, Alice, and Scott were all great. They purchased my 2018 Subaru, got me out of my lease and the same day I left with my 2021 Ridgeline. They werent pushy or irritating like other car dealers usually are. A great experience.

The service manager initially rejected my claim for warranty for reasons I completely disagreed with. However, I was able to connect with the Owner of the dealership and he went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were heard. I went from being very disappointed to very pleased. I will continue to use Underriner and I recommend them as well.

I know a single mom who went in here bought a bottom end hrv model they took her for 475 a month on a 7 year loan with no trade in what a pos store. I did call the owner and he said work with the team lol and did nothing hilarious

Almost all were purchased from badged dealers.Jesse is among the best I have had the opportunity to work with. I was satisfied with the work on my truck but when i got home i noticed that your tech had got grease on my bug deflector when closing my hood and on my door when closing it so please tell your techs in the future to wipe off there hands after they are done with the job.

Helped resolve issues after the sale. Purchased a 2018 F150. Discovered a mechanical issue 4 to 5 days after purchase. I was given the option to trade for another vehicle if desired. I wasnt interested in any other vehicles. In the end they repaired every issue that i could find, free of charge, even though i had not purchased any warranties. Even mounted and balanced my new tires. Not sure how you could ask for more. Low pressure sales.Helpful, easy to work with.

We drove from missoula to look at a truck. We asked the sales man every question imaginable. We get to the dealership and there is body damage that we were not told about and some other damage with wiring. We were willing to take care of these after purchase. When we started the sales process almost $1000 of hidden, undisclosed fees showed up. When trying to find financing they we almost 3% higher in financing then we could get at our bank. They were not interested in finding good rates or invested at all in selling this vehicle. I get the feeling that they were the stereo typical sales team that is out to fleece u however possible. As we had every intention of purchasing this vehicle today and had to walk away due to bad service and underhanded fees, we would encourage others to steer clear of this dealer. Any good deals with them, really are too good to be true.

I messaged them at 7:50am this morning about a vehicle I wanted to get. Victoria was great but the next person that text me over an hour later didnt introduce themself & wasnt helpful at all. Didnt answer my questions well, was short with answers, & told me to hold a vehicle they would need a $1000 NON REFUNDABLE deposit. My husband & I decided to go for it & get the vehicle so we applied & were approved for it, we checked insurance rates & were just waiting for Joe to call back. Joe had said he would call him back in 10 mins, but called back an hour & a half later to say someone else test drove the vehicle we wanted & bought it! Im so upset because I messaged them first thing in the morning to get this vehicle & they just let it go to someone else when we already talked to 3 employees at the dealership & got approved for it. This was the exact vehicle I have been looking for, for months now. Shows they dont care about their customers or loyalty, they just care about money. Such BS! I overlooked the bad customer service just to be treated even worse. Beyond disappointed.

I want to thank John French and sales manager Chris and Scott for starters for working so hard to get my family a loan it took 2 days of trying last minute we got approved and then day after we leave with vehicle sold as is no warranty the battery light came on so we called just to see if by chance they could help us out but they said it was 80.00 to run diagnostic testing but one of the mechanics said he would pay it for us and it ended up being the alternator and I got a phone call from John French telling me to pick up the van on Wednesday because they are going to replace the alternator and some free of charge God you are so amazing and to the crew who has blessed my family thank you so much I pray Father you will bless them all for being a blessing to us
