I took my vehicle in for a lube, oil, filter and the ac system checked for leaks. When I got the vehicle back the heater, defroster, temperature and fan settings were in the same positions as when I dropped it off, none in any ac positions. After getting home I checked under the vehicle looking for oil leaks that I was told were needing repair. I noticed that none of the grease fittings had been greased. Seeing it had not been greased, I was not convinced that the ac had been checked for leaks. I took it to a different repair shop to have the ac system diagnosed. No traces of leak detection dye having been used were noticed.

We blew a camper tire on the interstate, they got us in right away. AND gave us a great deal. From the time we blew the tire, to the time were back on the road, was about 45 min. Cant do much better than that

Brought a car there to get bushings and ball joints put in, got a quote for $600, pick up the car the bill was 1900. Bushings went out one day later so we’re told to get new bushings and they would install them, bought new bushings brought it to them thinking they were going to install it for free then they slap me with another 400 and some dollar bill place is a joke nothing but ripoff.

We were on vacation heading to Washington State. We were driving our class C towing a Jeep. We heard a strange noise some miles back that kept getting worse. It was Sunday afternoon, so we knew we wouldn’t be able to get into a shop till Monday. My wife began searching the web for something in the next main city. Lucky us to have found Jim and Tracy’s Alignment. We were at their door when they opened. Even though they were short staffed that day, they took us right in to checkout the problem. Two carrier bearings and 4 u-joints later we were back on the road.We had a lovely wait with our Great Pyrenees, who happily ate yummy dog treats they gave her.Two weeks later we had to make a stop at Jim and Tracy’s to have a defected bearing replaced.The staff was welcoming and in a little while we were ready to head home to Indiana.We recommend this business very highly. My husband and I are so THANKFUL that Jim and Tracys was in our path of travel when we ran into leaf spring problems with our 32 travel trailer. We had noticed that our camper was starting to sit lower on one side and, sure enough, when they checked it out one of the bushings on the drivers side of the camper was incredibly loose and the leaf springs didnt look so hot either. This meant basically a whole new suspension for our 2011 travel trailer. I can not thank them enough for getting us in as quickly as they did and getting us back on our way to our next job site as we were in a bit of a time crunch. Diana, Jessie, and Aaron are wonderful people and treated us like they had known us for years. If anyone I know is going to be in the Billings area Jim and Tracys is the first business I will recommend! Top notch service!! We where on the way home to Oklahoma and noticed our travel trailer was chewing up tires at an alarming rate. We stoped in before 8am and they worked us in right away and go back on the road by 10am. We have had problems in the past but none of the shops every truly fixed the problem,Jim and Tracy’s corrected the problem and at a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend Jim & Tacy’s to anyone having alignment issues with an RV.

Not at all happy, $2700 later with supposedly a new AC compressor, condenser, belt and idler pully my truck is making the same exact noise it was prior to the work they did. I returned the truck the very next morning and got told “oh my gosh we think you have a cracked exhaust manifold “ holy cow how does that happen in less than a mile drive?? At that point I said “ Sir it is making the exact same noises “ as I told you when I dropped it of the first time . I still believe it is the Turbo. Long story short, I found a real diesel mechanic. The real diesel mechanic immediately agreed it was in fact the Turbo. So now of course Jim &Tracys aren’t going to make it right and I’m out $2700 for absolutely nothing. Highly disappointed and I do NOT recommend their services at all.

I’m so impressed with these guys... we were on a road trip two weeks ago in our RV and we had a problem... they were willing to see us within 2 hours... then having Levi ask his Tech Randy to come out and look at our rig! He crawls under our RV... checks out a number of things to confirm we are good to go... I cannot believe the service level of this organization! Outstanding! Amazing! Impressive! If I lived local... this is the only place I would bring my rig for any work! I cannot say enough about these guys... wow!

Driving through Billings Montana in my motorhome on a friday afternoon, needed to be in Denver for surgery monday. Had a wheel, brake problem. Pulled into there shop right of the interstate, explained my predicament. Jim the owner did what makes Montana, America great unlike other shops saying to me on the phone..sorry.. not jim and tracys.... he walked out to the shop, asked Levi, think he was shop Forman. Get this guy safely on the road... they did and I was on my way to Denver later that day.

We limped our diesel pusher motor home into Billings with a valve stem leak and lucked into J&M tire which shares offices with Jim And Tracys. They got us right in and while having our rear tires off discovered a slide hydraulic line leak. It was discovered that the line was an HWH corporation product which needs specific lines and fittings which are very hard to find. The owner Jim got personally involved and worked his butt off running and calling all over town to try to find the necessary parts. After half of one day and half of the next having no luck, he and his guys got our slide pushed in and capped off so we could get across Montana to a repair facility. He and his guys spent countless man hours trying to rectify the situation, when I asked him how much, he said nothing, I wasnt able to fix it! Great owner and staff

Have been here a few times thinking work quality would get better. I was wrong and it cost me more than what I went there for. They rewired a horse trailer, twice now and it still isnt holding. The managers attitude is an issue also. Their record keeping system, especially regarding warranty work, is faulty and blamed on a previous employee. The person in charge of speciality areas (electrical) is pulled off of projects before they are completed, one excuse given. The set of diesel batteries we had to replace is due to them shorting something and leaving the pickup dead in their parking lot. Double check any and all work done there.

My husband and I were told by an alignment shop near Edmonton Canada that we needed suspension repairs before an alignment could be completed on our 38ft 5th wheel. It would be 10 days to get the parts. Snow was coming. We phoned various contacts in the RV world along our route south to no avail. Parts were only available in the US. An agent at Pierce RV in Billings kindly phoned our issue to Jim and Tracys Alignment. We subsequently made an appointment and anxiously drove the two days to get there on brand new tires. Jim couldnt have been more reassuring. His team did a thorough inspection and determined that our suspension was behaving normally and that our alignment could not be improved. It was an immense relief.They charged us nothing, saying they did no work. We highly recommend this shop and would go out of our way to go to them again.

Ive been taking my Mayflower trucks to Jim & Traceys for over 20 yrs and never have had any problem with service. If something was not right, I could return my trucks and they would correct the problem. I can say this has only happened a couple of times in 20 yrs. When things have needed to be replaced, Jim & Tracey,s contact me and ask me if I would like to look at the parts needing to be replaced, before they replace them. Still to this day Jim & Traceys stills calls about repairs, even after 20 yrs. I trust them to take care of my trucks.

Not impressed with how they dealt with my daughter and business truck. She sat 2 hours to find out they did nothing. Took it to LP Anderson. In and out in 45 minutes and job was done right. Not impressed at all. Wont be going back.

DO NOT have your vehicle worked on at Jim & Tracys Alignment unless you want your vehicle damaged by careless mechanics and want to deal with the nastiest, most unpleasant woman Ive ever met! I took my small pickup truck in to them for a simple front-end alignment. To start with, the guy who drove my truck into their shop ground the starter and flywheel gears trying to restart the truck after it was already running. That was nothing compared to what was to follow.After the alignment was done, I immediately noticed that my truck was idling low and erratic, which it was not doing when I took it in there. It was idling as if the engine had a vacuum leak. When I went to shut the hood, I noticed that the mechanic had somehow managed to bend the hood support rod. I saw the bleached-blonde woman, who runs the office, out in the shop, so I told her about it. She went and got the mechanic, who proceeded to bend the hood rod partially back into its proper shape. He would not acknowledge having bent it, and denied having touched anything related to the engine. I straightened out the hood rod the rest of the way myself.I drove down the road a little, then pulled over and checked under the hood again to see if he had disconnected any vacuum lines. Sure enough, I found two vacuum lines disconnected, which were in his way when he was doing the alignment adjustments. These cannot fall off by themselves. I reattached them and the engine was running normally again, as it was before Jim & Tracys worked on it. I also noticed that my truck is now pulling to the left, and it wanders on the road worse, which means the alignment is now worse than it was when I took it in there and paid $79.95 to have them mess up truck up.I called them and told the bleached-blonde woman about the vacuum lines, so that she could tell the mechanic to be more careful, so that other customers will not have things damaged or messed up on their cars. She was extremely nasty, with a horrible attitude. She discounted everything I said, and said that they couldnt possibly have touched the vacuum lines or bent the hood rod. When I disagreed and tried to explain to her how that the vacuum lines were in the guys way doing the alignment adjustment, and that he did, indeed, disconnect them, she got even nastier, yelled at me, and told me to take my business elsewhere.As a result, I now have my alignment screwed up and cant take it back to have it fixed right. If I were not a mechanic, I would also still have my engine running rough and a bent hood rod that would not stay in its proper position due to the incompetence and negligence of Jim & Tracys Alignment.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! That woman is horrible!!!! She made me so mad by treating me so horribly that Im still shaking an hour later.

My sway bar hitch had moved. I needed a little work done with wrenches to straighten it back out. Simple fix I normally would do my self,but on vacation with no bog wrenches. I drove from KOA talked to tire guy. He went and got a mechanic they walked out looked at what I needed done and said back it in. I did and was amazed at there new shop along with the fast friendly service. Ten minutes later when I tried to pay they told they really didnt do anything. Im 1000 miles from home and Im going another 2000 miles before I return home. YES they did alot. They treated me great and made the rest of my trip smoother. Thank you very much! :-) :-)
