Brandon and the team at Browns always exceed quality expectations! Every time they’ve given me an estimate they have stuck to it, even when unforeseen circumstances necessitated additional labor time. They have always had my vehicles ready on time (if not before). The fact that they stand behind their work with a warranty speaks volumes. I’ll be back.

Brendon was professional and thorough. He explained everything that needed attention or service. I felt the prices were fair, and he kept me updated on changes and developments with the work. Great customer service. Pete gave me a ride to the mall while I waited for the work to be done, and that made it much more convenient and efficient for my day.

Brown’s Auto Service is the best place in town. Highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. I’ve tried a few other places in town and nothing compares to their expertise and service. Had my truck in for a tune up and a diagnosis on some grinding noise. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Kept my truck in great running condition.

Have been going to Brown’s for years and their service is outstanding. While out of town, we had battery problems and barely made it home. Turned out the alternator died. They replaced it but the battery light still came on randomly. I know that intermittent issues are the worst to troubleshoot. With my feedback as to when the light came on, they suspected the new alternator had a bad diode. So they put in another one and now it’s fine. No extra charge — not even for all the time driving my car around trying to trigger the intermittent light. Love these guys!

Took my vehicle to Browns and paid to have it diagnosed. They fit me right in and had nice staff at the front desk. So that is where the extra star comes from. 1 of my 2 problems that I brought the vehicle in for was diagnosed correctly. The 2nd issue they said would be resolved with a new wheel bearing. Their parts are marked up astronomically high and their labor quotes milk you for every penny. Took it to another shop for a second opinion and within 2 minutes they removed a rock from my control arm fixing the problem and sending me on my way free of charge.

I took my 2008 dodge truck into browns to get a new power steering pump and rack and pinion and serpentine belt all were replaced but I have no clue where they are getting their parts or mechanics because i have had to return my truck 5 times now in the past month because the same part goes out after about 75 miles of driving it it has had 3 serpentine belts but on it 3 rack and pinions and 4 power steering pumps in the past month!!! Now it’s under warranty thank god but I still have to give my truck back every week when I need it for work so I have to pay someone else to drive their truck back and forth to location absolutely ridiculous never been to a shop that can’t get it right the first time second time especially by the 5th time very aggravating

Browns works hard to make sure they service vehicles, do it right, and take care of the customer. No shop is perfect, but they come pretty close to meeting every need weve encountered. They tell me what they find, what they think is needed, and do the work in a reasonable amount of time. Theyve always been straightforward about what I can expect, and I really appreciate that.

Get your car fixed and every time you get it back something else is wrong that was working just fine prior... Plus my warranty covered a $500 job and because they used it in a different context my warranty didnt pay for it but yet it was a covered part but they screwed up... Such a money hungry place I was going to hide a spy camera and sue them cause I know they are crooks... By the way they keep your car all day regardless... Instead of making a decent appointment to know of a time to drop off and pick up..

Double charged me For a alternator, even the best at ORileys was like $300 and they charged me $590 for it, completely ridiculous, probably wont go there again.

20 years ago my front wheel drive Cadillacs transmission would not shift correctly. I thought something was wrong with my transmission. It was only the TV cable was frayed and was hanging up. They showed me the problem the next day and only charged me for a New Cable and a small amount for Labor. Mr Brown and Company was my heroes and I took all of our business there plus referred everyone I could. The Tranny shop with the big M in their name wanted to sell me a rebuilt trans at some outrageous price. Thank You Browns Transmission.

I called for a quote on my transmission, apparently they cant work with budgets here. My trans is brand new but the last people didnt install my synchros correctly, so all I need is synchros and bearings replaced which should be around $700. I cant vouch for their work becuase things never even got that far. Not everyone has $2375.00 laying around I understand that you cant warranty anything unless you completely rebuild it. Good luck. I know a loooot of people in diesel performance and community and will be turning them away.
