The place was cute and was able to get me in right away without an appointment which I appreciated. However my technician took 2 hours for a gel removal and manicure. I had to tell her to cut the manicure short because I was late for work, not expecting it to take over two full hours. Another technician had to come help and re-do everything because it was done poorly and taking so long. Too many layers of gel so my nails look thick and aren’t filed evenly. Way too expensive for such poor execution and service.

This was my first time here and I was with Kiya. She was super sweet and helped with my nails. I would definitely come back again!

My mom and I went and got pedicures last weekend. It was clean and they were following all covid protocols. I will come back.

I usually go to the one in Pasadena, but opted for this one because I had lunch plans on this side of town. I am torn with the star rating because I had wonderful service, however I was there with my cousin who did not. I did spend way more then she did, but when Im in Pasadena they treat me well no matter what. It was apparent that the technician was bitter that my cousin only wanted a pedicure by the scoul on her face and by how rushed she was with Sarahs pedicure and that matters to me because it was my choice to go there and apparently it was the wrong one.

The nails were great but the workers were very rude and sassy, pushed a lot of add ons and the receptionist had an attitude when we mentioned it.

Great location. They have a good selection of colors and they do a great job. Just dont forget to make an appt before you go, otherwise you may have to wait a bit.
