They should have the prices for all of their services posted. Their prices are not posted in plain view. I think that that may be a business violation. I feel that I am charged different prices for the same service every time I go. The place could be a lot less cluttered. Usually, satisfied with my manicures. They do give great hand massages. Love those. I go there because its just a 3 minute drive from me. However, I think that I will try another place just to compare this one to.

First time being here and it was wonderful!! Very relaxing and they are very sweet here. Pedicure was amazing and felt wonderful. The girl who did my manicure was amazing as well i live far but will be back for sure!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVER PRICED. GOT A MANI/PEDI AND THE GUY HAD TO REDO MY TOES THREE TIMES AND THE GIRL POLISHED MY NAILS A COLOR OPPOSITE MY TOES. IT LOOKS TERRIBLE.! WILL NEVER GO BACK

The salon is super clean and nail techs are detail oriented. The only negative aspect is the staff conversations are loud in the same area with the customers. I like to relax.

Ive been going to Beverly Hills Nail Spa for several years exclusively and I have never had a bad experience. Although english is not the primary language the technicians use, it does not detract from the superior quality of the services they provide all their clients. They are all kind, helpful and highly skilled technicians. Their first priority is taking excellent care of the clients sitting in their chairs, no matter who they are. I cannot imagine going anywhere else to get a manicure or pedicure. Please remember to tip your technician for a job well done!

The service was speedy but the nail tech was very unprofessional! Complained about dust getting on her clothing right in front of me and also used water from my pedicure bowl and used it for my manicure. Who does that? The salon just isn’t that great but I will give two stars because the service was speedy. Will not be returning!

After reading the comments here I paid close attention and noticed things that concerned me on my second visit today.I didnt see any disinfecting of the tools before or after. Most hand washed tools in the sink after, sprayed them with alcohol and dried them off with a towel hanging on the wall by the sink. Some just rinsed them off quickly and put them back in those sealed bags......wet.I did enjoy my spa pedicure the first time, but was more concerned with the chair massage and the knot that it was working out in my shoulder. 😊Unfortunately, Ill be searching for another nail place with more sanitary cleaning methods. 😞

Nice staff. Was very relaxing. Mani pedi came out nice but started chipping right away. I never got a manicure that just peeled off like that before. The next day already i chipped the first nail on some soft chocolate bar! The pedi lasted though.

Went here after allure spa was not open on time on Sunday. Very glad i did. Very nice, efficient, and accommodating.

I have come here when my regular spot is busy or unavailable. Their manicures and pedicures are just okay. Depending on the person that you are given, the pedicure can actually be quite unpleasant. They have a good polish selection, but the services are pretty basic. There are places that are comparably priced that do a much better job. If you are in a pinch it’s okay, but it’s not a relaxing experience.

Very clean and welcoming salon.Quick and efficient. The nail techs were kind and precise.FYI- I never get my finger nails done but am all about my feet and making sure they are ok on the regular. Normally I pay $25 for a pedi but they charge slightly more, in my opinion it’s worth it.

I read one comment about the Staph infection and I wonder if that is why they changed their set up? Now the tools come sealed and each base is lined and changed. The pedicure is short but the polish and service is great.

Absolutely love this place ! I decided to stop in this place as it is near my house and i drive past it every day . First of all, the place is beautiful and clean . everyone was extremely friendly, professional and sweet . Had my first Shellac manicure and they did a beautiful job on my nails . I left so happy to have this place and definitely will be coming here from now .

Friendly staff, never too long of a wait (up to 15 minutes, during busy times) The Spa pedicure is nice but a bit pricey. Parking is limited.

My sister and I took our daughters here on Tuesday 12/22. We all got gel manicures and it was a lovely, relaxing experience. The interior was calming and we all left happy. By the evening of 12/23 my 8-year-old complained that her thumb hurt. Upon examination, it was swollen starting at the tip past her knuckle. It was purple and red. She said it was so painful that she couldnt put any pressure on it. We took her to her pediatrician first thing the morning of 12/24. Dr. Stacey at Birmingham Pediatrics + Wellness Center took one look and said she felt fairly confident it was a Staph infection. She also said she was confident that it was because of unsanitary nail tools and to NEVER go back to this salon. It needed to be drained, soaked and my daughter is on a two week course of Keflex antibiotic. As of today, it is still red and puffy. The labwork confirmed today that it is a Staph infection. If you are not familiar with Staph infections, they are SCAREY. Potentially life threatening and some strains do not respond to treatment.I called the Spa today and spoke to the manager. She assured me that they use sanitary tools. She was not familiar with Staph infections. She was very nice on the phone but didnt seem overly concerned, nor did she tell me any procedures would change. I then called the health department. They informed me that because salons are not licensed there is nothing they can do.Please do not go here. Its convenient, and lovely----But not worth your health.

They treated everyone as if there was a relay race. They dont care about customer service they want get as many customers in and out asap to make as much money as possible

I was a little disappointed at first, the lady barely spoke to me or held conversation, however she did a great job on my nails.

Very clean, person that did my nails was very professional. No wait time and was greeted when I came in. Would go back again.

Approximately 20-minutes for a Mani Pedi, feet were not in water more than 5 minutes. Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, check Cosmetology License for Nail Technicians.
