As a customer of going of 2 years not really happy at the moment. THEY advertise a safe driving bonus in their ad, I was told that it will apply after eighteen months. I have yet seen this bonus, all I have seen was an increase in my bill. Note I have not had any accidents. Why advertise if your going to lie.

My brother requested home insurance and they offered him auto insurance as a bundle. My brother declined auto insurance, but still wanted home insurance. When he told them that, they told him to take his business elsewhere. Only because he did not want to add auto insurance. I find that highly unprofessional. I will surely look at other options for him.
