I was not in Good Hands with this Agency. I bought my policy in 2018 three years after the 2015 Roofing code change. The Agent, and the Agency, fails to acknowledge any responsibility, even of sense of looking out for their customers who choose them to provide a service. Their agent, at the time, did not even bother to advise me of coverage to chose; in my case, it was code coverage, as the agent was made aware that my roof was last replaced 6 yrs. before the 2015 code change.I would stay-away from this agency, as even, the owner fails to acknowledge some sense of responsibility for the lack of his staff failing to protect their customers. I was in not in Good Hands with Allstate.I was not expecting them to personally compensate me; but it troubled me that they did not even acknowledge their lack of due diligence.

This guy doesnt understand insurance - his words, not mine. When the blizzard of 2021 came, he kept telling me this and that wouldnt be covered under my policy. I called 3 different licensed insurance agents at all state, and they all said I was covered. I decided to call mark to pull up my policy and read it with me. He pulled it up and then began to state I am not understanding this.. Their team has been pretty good about being responsive in the past, but I pay insurance for peace of mind. Ultimately he ended up adding stress to the situation.I will be giving my money to another all state agent.

Daniel is who I usually talk to and I really like him. But this last couple of weeks Ive talked to 3 other people Phyllis, Conner and one other lady. And they were all vary knowledgeable and helped me with my questions. Thank you all vary much.
