Its been a while back when I visited this office but the person in charge of the office spoke to me like I didnt understand what she was talking about when it came to me having another house covered by their insurance company, bc my husbands name is not on my other house. It was all about my husband, not me! I didnt appreciate being treated like what I had to say wasnt important. I realize what she was telling me my husband has an interest in property that belongs to me. But doesnt mean I have to have my property insured at the same insurance company. Thats the point I was making at the time. Since that time we have had decent conversations.

If I could give this agency negative stars I would. I have been with this agency for years, although never had to actually use my policy up until now and ive learned that my entire policy was not what I thought it was. The person I spoke to regarding the issue was rude and just kept saying nothing we can do about it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and it takes them days to actually answer an office phone or get a call back. I would not recommended this agency to anyone and would say go to ANYONE else if you are able to! If you currently are using this agency I would make sure to take a good look at what your policy actually covers instead of assuming your agent who is supposed to take care of you actually did. A mistake that I wont be making again.

Heidi is absolutely amazing. She got me discounts I didn’t know about and I have multiple policies with her. She is knowledgeable and did all the leg work. She continues to help when I need to make changes and gets things done very fast and conveniently. Recommend seeing her if you are looking for new insurance.

An extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff works here. Ive been with Misti for over a decade and would recommend her to anyone. Shes honest and up-front about things and really does whats best for you even if it may not be the best for her. For example; she recently offered me exceptionally detailed financial advice regarding investments even though she said I was ultimately better off in my particular circumstances to stay where I was, ergo she didnt make a dime from the time she spent advising me.In addition to insurance, Misti is a fiduciary if you want advice or need to purchase mutual funds, bonds, or index funds. She helped me with a homeowners claim last year which was incredibly complex due to the unusual nature of many of the things damaged (collectible anime and video game memorabilia).Overall, Ive worked both for and with many different insurance companies and agents over the past 21 years and she beats them all hands down.
