I have been with Duane Cory and his State Farm agency longer than I can remember. I have all our cars and homes insured there. They have never hesitated, haggled or avoided paying claims. I have had to make claims for hail damage to cars and roofs, as well as car accidents. In fact, they usually go above and beyond what I expect in claims payments and service.For instance, I called this morning to cancel a policy on a car that I sold after a wreck and they informed me they had already rolled it over to my new car so that I would get to keep my safe driver discount. The old car was also covered with a temporary policy in the meantime to keep me covered, while saving me money. All without me even asking.The people there are all always extremely friendly and helpful, gladly helping answer questions or pulling up info when I need it. And any new policies or policy changes are handled with ease. I dont know about other State Farm agencies, but Duane Cory does exactly what insurance is supposed to do, and that is make my life less stressful and worried.
