Perhaps the worst nail job I’ve ever had. I got acrylics and I told the manicurist that I wanted the foundation of the bead to be directly at the bit of my nail. He told me that he’s the professional and he knows what he’s doing. My nails were not laid properly. And they grew out within one week. Not to mention on vacation I also lost a nail after only having them on for five days. I also got a no chip pedicure and at least six of my toes have chipped. I paid $40 for the pedicure and it was not at all worth it. Please save your money. They do not listen to you and they do not know how to do nails properly. I wish I did not spend $70 on my nails to only have them grow out within a week and having the evidence of the bad foundation show. I would never be returning to the nail shop again. The picture below is my nails after only 10 days. All of the diamonds fell off.

Paid $50 for acrylics lady cut me with the drill, kept pulling my fingers and twisting them when I was already fully relaxed, bubbles in the polish, nails not fully covered in nail polish, gems not centered, glitter overlapped, did not push back or trim my cuticles, dirty materials, burned me by letting nail polish drip onto my finger and then stuck it in the lamp, and the worst part is when I complained she said it was professional and that I should be used to it and when I told her to fix the overlapped butterfly or the uncentered gem she simply ignored me. Will not be coming back, they had my nails hurting I had to disinfect the cut they gave me and soak my hands in cold water. They are very rough with the file and don’t care if it hurts you.

I was there at 9am, waited 45mins to get treated badly. I always tip good and today I guess Cindy was having a terrible day. Not only was she ruff she was rude, I have never been to a nail shop where they don’t appreciate they customers. I would rather take my money elsewhere, where money is very well appreciated

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! the guy who does nails towards the front is very rude.I have had several people complained about him being disrespectful but I did not believe it until I went in there and they did my eyebrows too thick and I asked that they should be done thinner.This dude out of no where attacked me when I wasnt even doing business with him. I was surprised of his actions. He was very disrespectful to me and even followed me all the way outside talking to me and even told me never to come back.Listen dude dont worry because I never plan to come back.If you were the only shop in town, I will rather learn how to do my own eyebrows.NOTE- Do not go here for any service if you dont want your day to be ruined by a very rude and disrespectful dude.

This has been me and my moms go-to nail salon for several years now, and we love the staff. The place gets really busy, and the wait can be long (because they take their time with everyone and converse too) so the best times to go are after work or when they open. They do really nice jobs that last as long as they say they last. So, except for the occasional long waits, I really love visiting this salon and would recommend others visit as well.

Got a full set a week ago and 3 popped clean off my nail no breakage of my natural nail. Assuming there was a missed step somewhere. But FELL OFF entirely.

I used to come here all the time to get my eyebrows waxed by Tweety and occasionally to get Mani/Pedis. I stopped going because I moved and it was out of my way. I stopped in to have acrylic nails removed. I thought that by coming in, theyd take them off without damaging my natural nail. Unfortunately, thats not what happened. I asked the lady at the first station (unsure of her name) to take off the acrylic with as little damage to my natural nail (Ive seen YouTube videos where they scrape the acrylic off), she grabbed a tool that looked like a long, thin spatula and proceeded to pry the nail off. I told her that I could have done the same job at home, to which she replied, No Honey, you dont have this tool. I said, Im sure I couldve gone to Sallys Beauty Supply and she said, THIS tool? No, they dont have it there. Anyway, I think at this point she was upset at me. She didnt say anything anymore and continued to pry the nails off. She filed and buffed the nails and then polished them with a clear coat but the job was BAD. My natural nail wasnt filed so they were the same length and they were left jagged. All in all, this was the WORST experience Ive had at ANY nail salon. Its unfortunate because this used to be my go-to place.

They do not take proper nail care steps during acrylic full set ! As soon as I sat in their chair he immediately began applying the false nail for a fresh full set. Nails didn’t even last a week before the whole set began to fall off literally. 0/10 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Also very Rude ! An employee hung up on me and blocked my number after I called and asked for an refund. They only give 10/10 nail work and customer service to regular customers

I love this place!! So welcoming and professional. I love my nails to be perfect and in my (11 years) getting my nails done, its the first time someone does them perfect. I usually fix them when I get home; even if its the tiniest mistake but “TWEETY”did them so perfect I love them. Just so perfect.I highly recommend her but she usually does eyebrows, which I heard she does an amazing job also.Dennis and Cindy are also really good but Tweety is on another level.

I Just set with a number to get my eyebrows waxed. I sat for 25 mins and watched as the woman doing eyebrows continue to skip over me. She skipped over me 3 times. When I finally said, I was next before all those people she just looked at me. Will NOT be back! I left. I do live in the are and will be we recommend this place

Ive given them many chances and everytime it was minor things that were wrong that i could deal with but this time was TERRIBLE they charged me 80 dollars for absolutely terrible work. My nails arent even polished correct some nails you can see tbe acrylic still because they did not paint them right my thumb nail looks like a child painted it. And the acrylic on my thumb is SOOO LUMPY. But i was told by my nail tech there was nothing he could do to fix it. He said if he fixed it, it would be to heavy makes no sense . My pedicure was rough and uncomfortable. My toes also look as if a child painted them. I came here for a fill in and a pedicure and i honestly wish i would have never came. The whole time the guy was doing my nails he huffed and puffed as if THIS WAS THE LAST THING HE RATHER BE DOING.I highly recommend if you want nice quality work you go else where.

Very disappointed. New in town so I thought I’d give this place a try. Made an appointment and arrived 5 mins early. I was told to pick out my color. Once I did, I sat down for about 10 mins. I finally asked who would be doing my nails and the tech looked at me all crazy as he just started another persons nails after finishing her mom’s nails. He said I’m just getting started with her. Youll have to wait. Um my appointment was scheduled for 10 mins ago. I walked out. No way i was waiting another 30 mins. I will never come here again. Poor customer service.

I came in for a pedicure. Im 9 months pregnant and just want a relaxing pedicure with a massage. The place is disgusting and needs a good clean or a shut down. The man who did my nails was rough and quick. Wanted me in and out. I was in chair for a total of 12 minutes. I asked to remain in massage chair while my nails dried. He said no, i need chair. Apparently the other three empty chairs werent working. The only thing good about the service was the paint job. Never again.

Horrible!!! Literally went there after reading great reviews. I was excited to try this place and very optimistic. First off they cut my cuticles so bad they were bleeding and still hurt 3 days later. Never has that happened to me. Also the work done on my nails is horrid! Super chunky and uneven. It’s a mess! Will definitely never go back there again!

I want to mention that it hasnt even been 4 days and one of my nails already chipped (THEY ARE NO CHIP) and I didnt even do anything crazy for it to happen, Ive never had an issue with no chip nails in the past, for that reason alone I will not be going back!! I will stick with where I have been going for years.

I did not enjoy my experience here. I felt like the guy rushed to do my nails. I told him at least 3 times that my pinky nail was crooked. He refused to fix it. My nails on my left hand are longer than my right hand. He couldn’t do the design that I wanted done. It was a simple design. He was too busy trying to get into my niece’s pants. Like dude you’re too old for her and you need to focus on doing these nails. Turns out the guy has only been working at this place for 2 weeks. Also the nail on my middle finger is tilted upwards instead of laying flat. Total waste of $40.

Walked in said 15 min wait, 1.5 hours later I am seen by a man in the back. I asked for a simple fill in and cut down. He was rough with my fingers, cut me and didn’t even shave my nails down after the cut down from long to short. My nails look wide bubbly and the tips are rough. I just moved to the neighborhood and was trying to find a new nail salon. They obviously don’t like new customers because the regulars were well taken care of by Dennis, waste of time and money!

Affordable and professional. Everyone makes you feel comfortable & they remember you when you come back ! Small world but everyone I know has been here .

Came here for a manicure one time n let me say the results were horrific. My nail color was peeling off n to make matters worst, the nail tech(sits in the front, left hand side) was incredibly rude. She didn’t want to be bothered with me and I could tell. The two stars given is only for the gentleman who welcomes you(super nice) and Tweety who does THEE BEST eyebrows, I recommend ANYONE who’s looking for a good archer to give her the try. She’s super sweet and does an amazing job. Please don’t go for nails.

Terrible experience. Lady did them so quick she didnt do such a great job. I still tipped them though. The same night a few of my nails broke. I went back in they said they wouldnt charge me. When I got there i finally found the color I actually wanted. Just to fix 2 broken nails and change the color they charged me again. This second time I got em fixed again they broke once more. Definitely not going back.

Horrible experience! First time here. Walked in and informed I needed a fill-in. The guy asked if I was getting a no chip. I said no. Just fill-in regular polish. Then he then went on to inform me theyll have to charge me additional $5 to remove my current nail color. What?! Never in all the years have I been somewhere they charged me additional on top of my fill-in service! Its part of the fill-in cost. I told him its not even listed on their pricing board?! I think he was just bothered since I didnt want the $35 no chip! Stay clear people! Bad business.

If i can give it no stars i would. To start off you feel very rushed and they do not take their time doing services on you. Ive been coming here to get my eyebrows done for nearly a year now and i was satisfied everytime until recently. Three times now in a row that i have went for my eyebrows, she does them very thin, uneven, and leaves stray hairs out on my face. My eyebrows are naturally thicker and arched she changed the whole shape of them and made them way too thin even when i only asked for a clean up. It seems like they do not care how you end up looking they only want to hurry up and attend the next customer. I will never get another service done here.

This place isnt what it used to be. After trying a few places I realized Queen nails wasnt worth the wait anymore. They have cheap prices but its minimal work. My nails were always rough around the edges and once my nails started growing in a little my hair would get stuck on them within a week or so. Not to mention both hands didnt match the same nail size. Ive gone here for years back and forth, but no more.

Absolutely terrible. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said okay all he ended up doing was painting my nails black. Nothing was how I wanted it. I am very upset and will never go back.

Ive been coming to Queens for many years now and since day one Ive always gone straight to Cindy! Shes fast, she has an awesome personality and shes GREAT at what she does! If i could, I would rate her more stars. Overall, Queens provides a friendly environment for the customers and they have many colors to choose from.

I got acrylic nails here Saturday, nails were uneven lengths, one of them was already falling off before i was even finished. The wait was so long but the service was very rushed. The NEXT day, one of my nails fell off and I glued it back on. Its now Tuesday and all of them have come off already. Definitely not worth what they charge.

I went here yesterday for a manicure (since I was in the area, I thought I tried it out), as soon as I walked in some lady said what do you need in a rude matter.I told her I needed a manicure, I chose my color and I asked her if they have another section of nail polishes.Her response was: not enough nail polish for you in this place or what?, who do you think you areI was shocked I was getting this treatment because I was being nice to her, and gave her no reason to receive such a bad treatment.So, I sat down, she only filed my nails and pushed my cuticles in!she did not give me a massage, nor did she clean my nails, nor did she cut my cuticles!!! what a horrible place. I get a mani every week and I know what a manicure consist of! This is the worst place ever! I will never go back, even if it was the last place on earth!! i wish i knew her name, that way everyone can know what a bad business women she is!!! she is a middle age woman maybe early 30s and wears alot of make up.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE!Went to get a fil and my nails cut down. Technican put the Clippers to my nail and just snapped it off. Not asking which length I wanted or what would I perfer It was cut to short. But I let it go until I told him I wanted round nails like what he just trimmed. He said they were to short and he would only NOW do them square. We went back and forth ....me telling him I dont want nor will I wear square nails EVER... I asked a female there if she would do my nailsBecause now I dont trust this guy, she goes on to say only if I have a new set put on....she didnt do fills....I got up and walked out... thus is the mentality of this shop.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP THEY DONT DO WHAT YOU WANT BUT WHAT THEY WANT . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! !

My experience with this shop was Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! Dont waste your time or money, my mom and I went and all I can say is these people are rude, pushy, and Im really wondering if they have a state certificate to do what they do. Someone referred me to them and Ive been getting my nails done for years, so I know what to expect when getting serviced, this person kept over talking me as if I didnt know what I was talking about what I wanted. My handicapped mom (she can barely walk) just wanted a manicure and next thing I knew she was walking away from the girls chair, my mom said she was very rough handling her hands and yelled at her she had too many coats of fingernail polish on and wanted to file it off, my mom said no, she had 3 coats of polish on, I know because I watched her polish her nails the day before, so the girl didnt want to use a cotton ball and remover to take it off she wanted to use the filer, my mom said no and the girl got mad (DUH! Its a freakin nail shop) anyway.........much too much to talk about, all I can say is that I will NEVER go back there and if I can save someone else the frustration, money and time then I WILL!

Great for eyebrows and nails/pedicure

Just got my nails done by Cindy on Monday and already my nails are ruined. I get a no chip manicure on my natural nails and rather than doing them correctly Cindy decided that she would only put a fake nail on top and attempt nothing else despite the fact that I told her repeatedly I didnt want any fake nails. Now my nails are cracked and chipped not even a week later and a few of my nails are ruined. I spoke to Dennis the owner about coming in to fix them and he said I could stop by anytime. Came in and was told wait was over an hour and that if I really wanted them fixed to just come back tomorrow. Only thing really keeping this place alive is tweety for waxing. Been going here for years and everything has gone downhill. Will not be getting any manicures or pedicures here again.

Im very disappointed at the service.. when I walked in very nice welcoming... but I asked for a pedicure and a no chipped manicure... I was in and out in less then 35min... My nails looked nice but the manicure was so bad.. My left toe nail hurts my cuticle are bad.. My manicure was horrible its been a week now and the nail nochip nail polish is gone.. I wish I could add picture but my cuticle from my hands are bad.. Bad service bad mani and pedi.. No massage on neither my mani and pedi... I lost $55 last week and it takes a lot of saving to pamper our selfs... DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE...

Worst customer service ever. I should have followed my instinct to leave when I saw a tech roll his eyes at me. The tech that serviced me had the worst attitude! Hes the older man with gray hair and glasses. He tried to sell me on services that I didnt ask for, got mad and intentionally messed up my nail job because I didnt want to spend more. He filed my nails slanted to point sideways, didnt smooth the acrylic overlay, and did an overall poor job because he couldnt sell me on additional services. I dont know about the other techs, but DO NOT let him service you if you want a beautiful nail job. RUDE RUDE RUDE

The service there was great the staff was very friendly and helpful towards me since it was my first time getting them done, the lady that had worked on my nails was very kind and sweet about it, If you dont like the place then dont go there anymore there is nothing wrong with the place at all, it all depends on how you treat the employees there.

Horrible customer service very pushy while choosing colors even said of someone else walk in they would take them instead and refuse to use a little elbow grease to take off my existing nail polish. I didnt want thing grinded down growing my nails out from previously having fake ones. Walked out before they did a botched job. Rude Rude Rude!!!

My experience last Sunday was HORRIFIC!! Almost got into a physical alteration with the guy nail tech there. Because both my daughter and myself were not satisfied with our nails. Initially it was my daughter who was to get av full set $25. Ridiculous. And after great reluctance because i usually go elsewhere decided Id get mine done to. now my daughter had already been seated after i decided roughly 20 min later to get mine done. They lady that took me was pretty quiet as im used to pleasant conversion where i usually go..they are FRIENDLY. RED NAILS IN BELLWOOD- anyhow i was interested in the TV program that was playing and asked if they could turn the tv volume up ? She ignored me - or at best i thought maybe she couldnt hear me, so i asked again. She said /mumbled she didnt have the remote.. Never got up to locate it or ask someone else to turn the tv volume up...i waited about 30 seconds and and asked whats the purpose of having it on if you cant hear it? She ignored me stil..now im getting even more irritated because shes rough pulling and snatching on my hands ( my daughter said the same about her nail tech) ..shes rushing, did not clean up the cuticle area, and was done at the exact same time as my daughter!! Well when my daughter walked over to the nail dryer she was upset. Two of the nails were crooked, she had nail glue on her fingers, polish was on her fingers, the nails were lumpy..i could go on. She said Im not paying for this! Its horrible momSo i said well let me talk to the nail tech as i had already paid for mine regrettably!!! I walked to the back where he was and asked if we could speak in private? I told him my daughters and my concerns and complaints. I asked in a nice tone as he was with a client, didnt yell, as Im usually a very rational person. He decided to get all up in my face, screaming, calling us names, and to make matters worse he jumped in front of my 16 year old daughters face and grabbed her attempted to take her wallet!! Now all rationality on my side then went out the window..after exchanges of insults, yelling, and a near fatality another customer got in between us and we left..DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP..THEY SUCK BAD!!!

Never again!!! Its a heavy set guy rude ass hell, wants you to quickly choose polish. Rushes his work as well. I could see if it was busy but it wasnt. They dont even deserve a star FT.

I went to pedicure and they just painted them, they didnt clean my feet like in other places they wanted to finish to continue with very bad clients.

Eyebrows werent shaped just cleaned up, nails were not completely covered with polish and he didnt clean up by the cuticle with the drill so there is excess acrylic...maybe it was because it was close to closing but never again
