I have to start off by saying that this is a very clean and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. The young ladies are extremely nice and professional. Amanda was great and she took her time during my appointment. The no chip manicure looks great so far, so if anything changes, I will let you all know. If it doesnt chip quickly, I will definitely go back!!

Best nail salon Ive been to yet. Girls are friendly and attentive, down to making sure you like the shape on each nail. No chip lasts me almost 2 weeks even though I bartend. Prices are very reasonable for the high quality you get. Esmeralda does an amazing job with my nails, you have to go here for your nails.

I loved my pedi and no chip manicure! Esmeralda did an amazing Job! My acrylic nails look great I cant stop looking and feeling them! She took her time as was very patient, even when I had my 3 month old with me. Found my New nail salon!!

Never have to wait. My tech esmerelda always does a great job on my nails.

No chip was almost $50. Might as well have gotten acrylic. She (I think was the OWNER) filed my nails uneven and after telling her about the ones I saw, they still look bad. No chip polish was lumpy on some parts of the nails. The place is nicely kept and I thought the services would be top quality. Nope. Go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service from the owner and staff.Waited 15min still no service so I told them that was ok they did not have to do my nails.As I was walking out the staff accused me of pushing the door open to hard..she began yelling at me as I was walking away.Very unprofessional.Do not get anything done at this nail spa.

The service provided by Cindy was great, I was just there yesterday. The reason for my low rating is not even 24 hours and my nail polish chipped. If I could I would upload a picture.

Wanted to get my beard waxed, though various shops I had called where intimidated by my request, they took the challenge and did a fairly well job. They make a guy feel comfortable at a spa.

The owner is really unprofessional! The girls do an amazing job. But the owner do not know what costumer service is. Thanks to her my mom and I haved a bad mothers day! It was the first time I take her and my sister because we wanted to spoil my mom, but when my mom ask the lady for a stone, the lady ask the owner and she answered No we dont have time we have costumers waiting I haved appoinment and I think if you are paying for a SERVICE they have to do what you want so you can go happy with the service it was A stone, not 10! So I ask her why she couldnt if it was only one and I told her that it was there first time there so in a bad mood she told the lady to put the stone, so my sister said no lets go is the first and last time we come here so she started asking the girls if it was me that one that cancel at last minute a party... and I heard that so I ask her If I what? I was the she couldnt ask me? So she ask me and I sad yes it was what do you want me to do if at the last minute the others girl didnt answer my phone calls she say that I make her loose money! And I ask her why she didnt say nothing before because after that I went back 4 times and she never said nothing! She got mad because I told her that we are not going back and that she didnt know what costumers service was! So she kick me out and told me she did not need my money. So I told her that is not the only place, there more places and they dont treat people like this!If she didnt need my money why did she said that I make her loose money??? I was not going to say nothing to her but it was My Mom and It was her first time there!! And it was mothers day!So bad experience!!!!!!

They were kind enough to fit me in, but felt rushed. The no-chip manicure I received chipped the next day, badly. Unacceptable.

They were rude and talking in front of us whether they could take us or not. Dont bother going if you dont have an appointment.
