Good service!! I go to get my pedi!

This place has to be the most unsanitary place I’ve been to for my nails. Roaches everywhere! OMG!! Be very careful if you ever go here, you don’t want to take those things home with you. On top of that the service is horrible, how is it that you get a no chip and your nails start chipping on the second day. I told the owner and all she said was, just come back I’ll fix it. You should not have to fix a no chip on the second day cause it was not the first time. It’s just the worse place I ever been to, and I’ve gone to different places. They don’t care about customer service, I’m sure they don’t even know that means.

Very nice people unfortunately they had horrible sanitation. One of the workers was clipping her toenails on the table you get your nails done. And the worst part is they had roaches crawling everywhere! This was daytime so you know there has to be an infestation. They were all over the walls and cups. Disgusting.

Ridiculous! Came here on a Friday, over payed for fancy glitter nails that the lady assured would last up to 2 weeks... BS!!!! Was back on Sunday and to add insult to injury by charging me once again for service, never again will I step foot in this nail salon paid 60$ for 2 1/2 days worth of work came back paid another 22$ for color correction ladies always follow up with reviews theyre there for a reason, very un satisfied customer 80$ for gel nails is too pricey for the not so great work!

My wife love this place. I like it because the workers are nice and know how to do everything so far my wife comes with crazy designs and they do it very good place cheap 2

They do an okay job but if you are going here to get a relaxing Mani Pedi that will not happen here. I had a manicure with a young lady who spent the entire time loudly jabbering away in Vietnamese on her phone. The whole freaking time. Take a breath lady and shut up. It is almost like they dont realize that their tip is reflective of the service.

The People who work here do a nice job on pedicure and manicure. But they have to get a health inspection because they Cockroaches everywhere

My two daughters were there today for a full set, DIRTY PLACE, while waiting I placed my bag on a table they have there, when I grabbed my bag it was surrounded by roaches. Never again will I go there!!

There were roaches roaming around (literally everywhere even in the pedi chair by my head)the owner just grabbed my daughters Shoe and killed the roach with it 🤭. Also the one that was doing my daughters pedi kept laughing and speaking in their language (I don’t mind that they speak in their language ) but I asked her if she was laughing at her feet and she just replied yes!! and kept laughing. I don’t appreciate that and the roaches . Will not be coming back.

Ive been coming here for a while now and today I came and I just love it friendly and fast service amazing jobs on my nails every time I come

This place is not for everyone, its not your fancy all attention on you kind of place, but the staff does good work overall friendly, my no chip always lasts me 3 weeks unlike other places. Good place for a quick mani/pedi i could care less if its its not fancy as long as its a clean place.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I came here about a month ago and was over charged for full set gel nails. Now mind you its not the first time Ive came to this place to get my nails done. $60 is a lot (to me) where as I can go to another nail salon to get my nails, toes and eyebrows done for $75. Dont think Ill be coming back to this place.

I love the work they do and prices are much more reasonable than anywhere else in Cicero, Berwyn and North Riverside. 👍

Most times when I come service is alright. But two times Ive come on a Sunday at 12pm, their posted opening time and its been closed. Thats unacceptable. The first time i waited and they opened at 12:30. Today i waited and no one showed up, no one is answering the phone. I will not be coming back.

Me and my friend went in last week to get our nails done and when we were told to pick a color we saw a big roach and after our nails were done we went to the back to dry and it was dead roaches on the floor when we told the manger about the bugs she came and killed one with her hand 😂😂 Sorry yall gots to do better than this bs

I had made the mistake of going in here when they were busy. They had their teenage son helping out. Big mistake. Had to go home and remove the polish and do it all over again myself. The polish had bubbled up and streaked.

They have ROACHESSSS. Last time I went I was waiting for my nails to dry and I look down and a roach was crawling up this girls boot . Ewww

They left me waiting 45 minutes, took care of ppl that came after me and didnt even notice when I left
